Anthony was very responsive even though I asked a lot of questions, needed multiple quotes for different window configurations and had some followup items. His price was more reasonable than any of the other 3 vendors I checked with (including my contractor) and the work was done quickly and as promised. I was pleased with the service, the product and the responsiveness. <br /> <br /> One of the windows cracked after installation (contractor problem, not glass company) and Anthony got the replacement window (under warranty) quickly and without any fuss.
