Barry sent Desmond to initially review and then complete the job. The job... remove all vinyl siding and existing rock walls on the house and apply a stucco finish instead. Desmond and his team were great to work with. Quality work, fine clean up, and a pleasure to talk with.

The crew did a really good job repairing our stucco. They were very knowledgeable and explained in detail how they were going to fix the stucco. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

Although our stucco repair needs were small, Haley assured us that they could easily take care of them and she stayed in close contact until it was completed. They mentioned painting after doing the stucco patch work when I spoke to their office they was not included inthe contract I heard the foreman metion painting so what did I miss when I spoke to the woman in the office she said painting was not in the quote.so now I have to get a painter even after somone did give the right infirmation.

Amazing from start to finish! We had a large hole in the exterior wall from an old AC unit. Estimates and scheduling were super easy. The two man crew that did the work were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated through the process. The brick lines they did were top notch. It’s completely seamless with the existing brick work. They cleaned up well and even closed up the back gates when they left. I would hire them again for any work in the future.

CFS sent out a crew, a day earlier than expected...a giant plus. The 2 man crew (it was a small project), arrived and explained what they would be doing and then went straight to work. After completion of the work, the crew cleaned up the worksite area and then explained again what they had done, how long to let it cure before painting and even suggested a quality paint. Cleaning up afterwards is a giant plus. The 2 man crew were friendly, polite and professional and down to earth with their explanations. The final plus with Central Florida Stucco was that they gave me a military discount.

Excellent work! The company made an appointment to give an estimate and the estimate was reasonable. James did the work and did an excellent job! The stucco work was beautiful and he cleaned everything up. I highly recommend Central Florida Stucco and Masonry Repair for any stucco work.

Lets just say what was originally agreed upon based on the original walk through and quote...was not what was finished. The owner made his contractor leave without finishing up to standard and what was agreed upon. Be careful and make sure you get exactly what was spelled out on the quote before giving final payment.

We had windows replaced and the company that installed them sent their "stucco guy" out afterward to patch the gashes and holes that were left. But all they did was mostly fill it with caulk. So Central FL Stucco came out and noticed right away the poor job that was done before. So they sent Robert who did an excellent job at repairing what should have done in the first place. He was professional and knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to fill in a few wall cracks that were not around the windows. All around great job from start to finish.

They gave us one estimate amount of $1090. I got on the 7th of May amount of $4190 with the same pictures from before. I had agree to it. It was very sloppy work. I call them to come back to fix the work. They keep saying they would, but haven't heard from since May.
