Terrance was on precisely ontime, was very courteous and thorough. My one critique was in his using essentially what I thought was a generic form to note deficiencies in my home. We sold our house in Texas last month and the home inspector who inspected our home wrote an evaluation where every single word was specific to my house. I was expecting something similar.

1st of all Terrence arrived at my residence 2.5 hours late. Terence was extremely nice and has a good personality. However, his follow through was not good at all!! Several things were requested and his response was that he could fullfil these request. Unfortunately, for me he did not accomplish the task. His response by phone is not good once the work is done...

Terance was professional, meticulous and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questons and then some. He kept all his promises and schedules. I would recommend his services to all that are looking for a top to bottom thorough inspection. I have already recommended him to my parents for their new home inspection!!
