This is an additional comment to the large project we had Hoss and team do. In addition to the new 4 season room, this also included the 12x24 composite deck! Amazing work!

Hoss and team were a great find! We had a large project which included turning our existing deck into a 4 seasons room, a new composite 12x24 deck with steps (and all the bells and whistles), and then a new fire pit. There was someone there every day working on this project. Hoss's crew answered all of my questions and their ability to come up with solutions for any hiccups was great! This was a large undertaking for us and Hoss's team made it seamless. We highly recommend them for any large or small projects. They have customers for life and all of our friends and neighbors have been very impressed . They offered great quality at an affordable price! Thank you!!

Hoss was wonderful, friendly, efficient, everything we could have asked for. We needed our fence done fast. And in two half days(dude to the rain) they had our old fence and trees down and the new fence up. He addressed our concerns happily. And even went the extra mile to block off another area for us for no extra charge

We needed an old garage demolished and a new one built. Central Iowa Contractor Services handled everything including the demo, concrete work, electrical, roofing, gutters, and even new retaining walls on two sides. Everything looks great! Hoss is very easy to communicate with and the work teams were all professional and polite. Will definitely use this contractor again.

They were amazing to work with. finished the project 2 days ahead of estimated time. really friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the results.

Hoss gave us a reasonable price and started work a few days later. We had a shallow bathtub, plastic surround, and old tiled walls and floor removed. He has a young, hard working crew. They installed a deep bathtub, tile surround and floor, new drywall and paint. They were fast efficient and cleaned up before leaving everyday. We love our new bathroom. We will hire them for other home improvement projects.
