They were very flexible with delivery and removal of the dumpster. They even allowed us to keep it over the weekend for no additional charge. We will definitely use them again for any other remodeling projects we do!

They had to dig out some of the bricks that were partially buried in compost. They did a good job, and I was very pleased. They came a little bit early because of a previous job being canceled. They were very motivated and courteous. They worked very hard. What happened is they could only fill the truck so full, so I basically purchased a truck load from them. They were able to get as many bricks as they could into one truck load, since one load costs $600. Everything I asked them to do they did without hesitation.

I'm particularly critical of anyone I pay to do a job and not get what I paid for. It's just rude, disrespectful and all those things. I believe in treating others as you would want to be treated. Ripping people off, in my humble opinion, is a form of abuse. <br /> Of course, we're dealing with a business transaction here. Not a friend or relative helping me move my refrigerator to a relative's house. So you just don't know what you're gonna get. Isn't that why you're supposed to withhold payment until the job is done? <br />  Don't want to get into all the boring details, but there's a reason Central Jersey Removal's ratings are what they are: These guys earned them. Every last detail was attended to removing the refrigerator (including taking apart the door and drawers and the re-assembly) and delivering it to the requested destination and placing it in the house exactly where I wanted. <br /> Thank you guys. <br /> <br />

It went very well. Andrew came to our house on the day and time we had scheduled. He looked at our pile of furniture and gave us a price. The price was more than fair. Then the truck arrived and they hauled it all away. From beginning to end it was all done professionally. It was our first time using them and would use them again. They provided excellent service. <br />

They arrived within an hour of their appointment time.  They estimated that the heap would possibly take up 3/4 of their truck before beginning work.  They loaded the truck as efficiently as possible and crushed items to fit better.  In the end, my hauling needs were their entire truck, but they informed me before getting to that point.  They did load the largest and heaviest problem item first without complaint or excuse.  They also did additional clean-up of small things that had fallen, rather than leaving them littering the yard.  Very happy with that extra step. <br />

Andrew was great.. I needed next day service and he came through. Hauled heavy, bulky pieces carefully to avoid damage to walls etc. Very respectful, cordial and accommodating. Would definitely use again. <br />

<p>The Manager of CJR, Andrew Hagan, answered my phone call immediately. He asked me to describe the 8 piece of furniture with sizes that I needed removed. He gave me an approximate price on the phone and said he would call me to schedule the pickup within two days which he did. He arrived on time himself plus one worker with a large truck and did an excellent job. Also, the final cost was the same as he originally quoted to me.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

Central Jersey Removal is the BEST!! I have used them three times this summer to help get rid of things from my own house and from a house I had to clear out. Andrew and his crew are fast, polite, professional, and reasonable. I recommend them without reservation!

Reasonably well, once the boss arrived. They charge by the truckload, at $600 per truckload and send a crew of three guys. When they started, they were not packing the truck tightly at all and my wife mentioned this to them. The initial crew was college kids working for the summer, and they told her that there was no reason for them to pack it any tighter! When my wife poitned out the obvious, that it was costing us more and that she wanted them to re-pack, the crew leader suggested calling the boss, and my wife readily agreed. When he arrived he was courteous and professional and made a deal with us to charge for no more than two and one-half truckloads. This seemed reasonable to us. They guys were then very helpful and courteous as they worked to throw out our old refrigerator/ freezer, which took some doing. They arranged for the recycle guy to come and pick up the metal appliances. <br /> They also came back the following morning as promised to pick up remaining items. The crew leader told us that if they forgot anything, to call them and it would be part of the job. When I discovered that they (and me) forgot about items on the outside side of their house, I called and left one message asking them to return, but they did not. I did not call them again, as we were caught up in more moving details. I felt that they did a reasonable job, but I wish they would have done so from the start without prompting -- I had several harried, excited phone calls from my wife while I was driving to our NJ home. <br /> The boss/ owner is good -- I recommend dealing directly with him if possible, and otherwise escalating to him if issues arise. <br /> They did make themselves available on one day's notice, when we needed them -- our initial plans for clean-out fell through, and they had the crew at our place the next day. This is appreciated. <br />

Andrew is great! He accommodated my schedule and came within a few days of calling. Everything was removed quickly and professionally. I am going to hire him again to help me remove some old furniture from my parents' home. Highly recommended!! <br />

CJR called as promised half hour before arrival to confirm and was on time. <br /> They where very professional and quick. <br />

Appointment was for 8am and they said they would call before they left. At 8:45 I had to call them and <br /> they told me they were 10 minutes away. Overall arrived 1 hour late. <br /> Everything else went very well and I was happy with their service. <br />

Within an hour my basement was cleared of years of accumulated old furnishings and junk that I could not remove on my own. They were professional and very nice. I received an immediate response from my email and my basement was emptied within a week. I highly recommend them. <br />
