Fine. Don arrived on time, diagnosed problem, installed a new machine at a fair price, and then fixed broken central vac line in attic all within an hour. Very satisfied, nice to see such a positive person providing value to customers.

Arrived at my house approximately2 hours after my initial telephone contact.  Was able to get a parts warranty on my replaced motor on the spot.   Quick response (very appreciated) and completed the job within 30 minutes tops! <br />

Don was great. We just purchased a older home which had a Walvac. I called to have the unit serviced, changed the outlet covers and needed a new hose and tools. Don was on time, the service was great. He found that when our contractor moved and wall and reinstalled the unit two of the 6 outlets didnt work. Don was quick to diagnosis and repair the system. It is working great and with the new covers looks updated and great. <br />

I called Don to fix our central vacuum that I believed was clogged with styrofoam from a pool toy that the dogs ripped up. It was clogged but Don also found that there was a leak in a pipe inside the wall. Instead of having to cut through the wall Don went up into the attic space and found the problem. <br /> While he could have fixed that leaking pipe, he found that the entire outlet wasn't necessary and we could just cap it off and bypass it using a neighboring outlet. <br /> He worked quickly and effectively - and solved the problem. The vac works great now. <br /> The $200 was the repair but also included $80 worth of accessories that we needed, because the vac came with the home we bought, which was built in the 1980s so most of the accessories were old and missing. <br />

It's rare that we write any review so soon after a service or install has been completed.  But this install went so well and we think the central vac system is the best thing since sliced bread! <br /> We first scheduled an appointment to have Wayne look at the house and provide us with options, which included the number of ports and locations based on the size of the house.  Wayne was a pleasure to work with.  The recommendations included the traditional system with multiple ports and a portable hose to use at each port or the more recent technology that includes a hide-away hose that retracts into the wall.  We knew about the traditional system since we had central vac in our previous home so we were intrigued with the benefits of the newer technology.  Needless to say, we went with the hide-away hose.  We also added the hose and accessories for the garage to vacuum cars. <br /> Installation went very well.  Don and Trey were a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining the details of the install and how the system works.  It was easy to tell they enjoyed what they do! <br />   <br /> We would highly recommend a central vac system based on our previous experience and even more now since CVC can install a complete system into an existing home without one.  CVC was a pleasure to work with. <br />

Wayne is a super gentleman! And HONEST! When he left, my husband and I both commented that you just don't meet people like him very often! We are very happy and suggest that if you need any help with your central vacuum system you call Wayne only!!

Highly recommend Central vacuum Connection - they were responsive and did a great job fixing the system. They tried to clear the blockage from the connection points first, but it was too big, so they had to schedule a return visit to track down the blockage in the attic. <br /> The tech was on time, professional & knowledgable - will definitely call them for any future vacuum needs. <br />

Found this company on Angie's List. It was very highly rated which is why I chose them. Spoke to Wayne, the owner, on the phone. He was very pleasant and we set an appointment for three days later. Chad arrived in a timely fashion and diagnosed the problem with Wayne's help. A part had to be installed that wasn't on his truck,so he took the canister back to install it and two days later Wayne came with a working canister and thus a repaired central vacuum system. It was a pleasure working with this company. They were professional and very tidy. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. <br />

<p>It went ok. The unit was in the guest house where someone lives. The guy was very nice, he was upfront and had to take the unit with him because it was an older unit and motor needed to be replaced.  When they took the unit on Monday, they said it would be done by Wednesday.  When I called Wednesday, they said Friday, then Friday came and the owner said the guy didn't take the unit that morning we had to wait till Monday.  He also said for the inconvenience he would discount, (which he didn't). </p> <p>So when the guy arrived with the unit, he barged into the guesthouse without knocking.  The housekeeper was chasing him telling him to stop because someone lives there and it was early and she had to let them know.  Needless to say, the resident was in their bathrobe.  This is why I rated a C for professionalism.  If you are going to do work in someone's home you have to be respectful of their space.</p> <p>I would probably use them again because it's hard to find a company that will service the unit we have.  </p> <br />

Wayne is the owner of Central Vacuum Connection and I am very pleased with the service, friendliness and professionalism I received.  I took the split vacuum hose to his shop and he stopped what he was doing and took care of the repair .This was a very inexpensive repair and he took the time and effort and interest as if it were a major job. And I didn't have to leave the hose and come back to pick it up. <br /> I would definitely go back for any other vacuum repair and would recommend him to anyone. So nice to find an honest person   <br /> that charges a fair price. Wayne was more than fair. <br />
