Gary gave me a bid that I thought was very competitive. In fact it was lower than I expected so I enlarged the building from 600 to 700 sq ft. <br> My wife and I were out of town during much of the construction. Gary kept me fully informed of progress with pictures. He made several very good suggestions as to little changes in the plans that have turned out to be very useful. When he had questions, he sent me pictures so we could decide how to proceed. <br> He finished in slightly less than the time allowed in the schedule. <br> The final price was slightly more than the bid, and I could see that each of the additional price items was exactly what we had agreed to when the changes were made. <br> My wife and I are delighted with the art studio, and to this day, we count Gary as one of our best friends in Albuquerque. We have highly recommended him to our friends that want any remodeling, or new construction.

Overall, Gary was pleasant to work with and provided professional services. He proved to be flexible with various changes we made throughout the process and we were ultimately very pleased with the work his team did. <br />

"Built an addition on this gentelmans home. His existing roof was in desperate need of replacing. and had been ill repaired before we built the addition. Customer expected us to install a new roof on the house that was not included in the addition. I gave customer a price to do the additional work but he insisted that we install a new roof on his house at no cost. Made several attempts to fix problems with his roof that were not in our contract but situation got to the point that customer was being unreasonable. I give customer an (D) for responsabilty!"

THE GARAGE LOOKS GREAT. THEY DIDN'T TEAR UP MY LAWN AT ALL. THEY WERE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DID. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND AFFORDABLE. THEY ARE EXCELLENT AT WHAT THEY DO. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT. THEY'RE VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND CUSTOMER ORIENTED.
