We wanted to update our bathroom without making the design too complicated. Our biggest priorities were getting a new bathtub and making the walk-in shower wider and more comfortable. Century City Baths did a great job bringing everything together. The new tub looks beautiful, and the wider shower makes such a difference it feels much more open and comfortable without taking over the entire bathroom. The whole bathroom now feels brighter, more spacious, and much easier to use. We're very happy with how the remodel turned out.

Miserable experience, abysmal results. Needed a simple 75 sq ft bathroom remodel (not even replacing the tub). Steve hard-sold me a $20,000 quote, then "sign today" dropped it to $16,000. No scope of work. I had to buy my own sink and vanity. Tile/PVF selection looked wide until it was time to pick ? half was out of stock.
"Two guys" meant one guy doing nearly everything; the other showed up half the time. Cigarette butts littered my lawn. Worst part: I wanted old tile ripped out before new PVF flooring. They laid PVF directly over it instead, insisting it'd transition fine. It didn't ? I now have a 1" gap. Escalating just got me told removal would "cost extra." Floor seams leak, not water-tight.
Paint: one guy, no roller, sloppy lines throughout.
To be fair: sink install, toilet reinstall, and wall tile were done well, and I had a working bathroom in about a week. But between buying my own fixtures, limited selection, and nickel-and-diming on every change, this isn't worth it.
