Century Cleaning is by far the best company that I experience with cleaning my valuables. I have used them three times so far. The staff was prompt with their appointment time. They wore boot coverings to walk around just cleaned areas. They'll do a site survey before beginning series to alert areas of possible concern. That was very much appreciated. After going through a bout with Covid I wanted have my home professionally cleaned. After reaching out to several different companies to no avail. Century Cleaning LLC was willing to help. I spoke with Micah to share my needs. He was very professional and was able to provide an immediate appointment. The technician arrive early on the day of service. He was professional and thorough. The company performed an excellent job. They also educated me on some ways to refresh my carpet in between cleanings. The company truly met my expectations. I am very pleased with my floors. My carpet looks brand new and the cost was reasonable. The staff was pleasant and respectful and I felt comfortable with the technician. Great experience!

Century Cleaning did a phenomenal job on my living room carpet. It's a high traffic area and tends to get very dirty. After Century cleaning was finished, my carpet was new again. I am not sure what cleaning solutions he use but it woorks. It removed every spot. I highly recommend this company, very professional and excellent customer service!

Company called to confirm appointment time. Arrived almost 30 minutes late and did not call to announce lateness. Arrived just as I as cancelling the appointment with owner. Was not apologetic but stated " I didn't know you were in a rush", as if I have to tell him what my plans are for him to arrive on time/ call to warn about lateness. Refused to move furniture when owner stated that they would when appointment was made. I am pregnant and my near elderly mother and husband had to move couch for them to clean carpet. Very unprofessional. Would not use again. <br />
