Per Behr, the paint manufacturer's printed directions, and my phone conversation with Behr's technical assistance dept, I directed CertaPro Painters to back brush the paint on the bare, pressure treated, kiln-dried surface. My directions were ignored after several follow -up e-mails to revise their contract as presented to me. Before the contract was presented to me and before an estimate was presented, I personally instructed CertaPro to "back brush" the paint AFTER applying the paint with a spray OR roller. However, after the paint was first applied with a spray gun, CertaPro began to use a roller. I firmly objected and instructed them to "back brush" per Behr's instructions. The field rep for Behr was on the job and told the painter to roll it on against my objections. The paint job was completed with spray and roller, NOT according to Behr's recommended application. I understand that CertaPro saved time doing it their, but it was not to the standard that I expected nor paid for. Bottom line is I believe I received an inferior paint job.

The entire process from estimate to final walk through was handled very professionally. Communication was timely and very clear. I highly recommend CertaPro of Greenville East.

We were very pleased with the quality of the work performed. The workmen were respectful of our home, and treated it with the same quality we would have done ourselves. While the estimated time to complete was understated, it was evident the job was not rushed to meet a deadline. we were also very flexible in this regard too - we just wanted the job done correctly, and it was. The management team checked on the progress of the job, and we felt any concerns would be addressed in a professional manner.

It went very well. The 3 man paint crew were professional, punctual and did a terrific job. They went over the project with me the first morning to clear up any questions. The office was very helpful during the estimate phase and returned all calls and answered all of my questions. They stuck to work without blasting music or talk radio. Upon completion they gave me time to look at all the rooms and I found nothing that needed more attention. I have used Certapro for 3 paint jobs in the last 6 years and always came away totally pleased. I have recommended them to friends. Pricing was very good.

I would refer CertaPro to everyone! I actually already have! Everything was done in 3 days! Hector & his assistant worked quickly but neatly. I stopped in on one lunch hour & was very impressed at how much they had accomplished in such a short time! I am planning on having them come back to do a bedroom & front porch next fall. Of course, I will be requesting Hector! Price was fair for all that he had to do! I am looking forward to using CertaPro painters again!!!

They were very professional and appalled with the work that the other contractor had done. Brady came out with his lead drywaller Hector and gave us a very quick reasonable quote and time schedule. Hector was extremely professional, polite and knew exactly what he was doing. He even took his shoes off before coming in the house to work. The work is excellent. You can't see any of the other contractors mistakes or bad workmanship. It is very clear to us Hector knew what he was doing. We are extremely please with this company. Everyone we had contact with was courteous, professional and efficient. We will definitely recommend and use CertaPro again.
