The did very god at detailing their bid including the types of paint they would be using. This was a determining factor for us.

I did not select the lowest bid. In fact this was the highest. The commitments made in terms of communication, management, process, length of job, and quality were not met. There were way too many people involved in the process and the owner/salesperson never responded to my email messages even in the midst of problems. After him came the unresponsive scheduler, a manager, a foreman, and 6 different individuals who worked on this room over 7 or 8 days spanning 4 months when the job itself was supposed to be completed in two days. The finished product is nothing to brag about. They just didn't seem to know what they were doing or how to fix the problems they created in the process. There were multiple problems that had to be pointed out repeatedly before they were addressed. Even then, most were addressed inadequately. They knew from the start exactly what they were supposed to do...and then back tracked and said "that's normally not included". The issues were clear when the estimate was done and were the primary reason that I was not doing it myself. The people were pleasant, but I just question the competence and mnagement of the entire staff.

I received several bids for painting the inside of my house. CertaPro was the least expensive. But that's not the reason I chose them. <br /> Even if they had been more expensive, I still would have chosen them because I was so impressed with the professionalism of the estimate from Dan. Everything was clearly spelled out in an easy to understand way. I was left with the feeling of utmost confidence that this was the right partner for the job. <br /> That confidence was realized with the work itself. The team did a stellar job. They arrived promptly every morning and got right to work. Their professionalism matched only by the quality of the paint job. Kyle, Mike and Chico did all the work, and did it well. A nice group of friendly, hard working guys. <br /> I'm thrilled with the results, and the care they took to execute the work. I would HIGHLY recommend CertaPro. I plan to use them again for the exterior and other interior areas of my house. <br />

<p>We've used professional painters before, and the painting, bid and quality of work were all equivalent or better to others we have used. The paint crews deserve special recognition for working hard and representing their company well.</p> <p>The purpose of this review is to acknowledge the extra effort CertaPro showed when, after the original living room job was complete, we decided that the result was not what we had intended- it was an issue of color choice and not quality of work. </p> <p>During the bid process we discussed our limitations with color choice and took advantage of a consultation arranged through CertaPro. Using the consultation we chose a color and went ahead with the job. The paint job was done exactly as requested, however at the completion of the project it was clear to us that the choice was not working. </p> <p>We reached out to CertaPro and they worked with us to resolve the problem to our complete satisfaction. It is important to note that this was not an issue of work quality, yet CertaPro worked with us when they certainly were within their rights to say the job was done as bid. They really went farther than they were required and the whole process was completed in a amicable and professional manner.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Customer service can be a challenge, especially when there are elements of creativity and choice involved. In this case CertaPro went beyond and worked hard to give us what we wanted.</p> <br />

The work was good but I had gotten an estimate last April and they told me that it would be like six weeks that they had a rain day then I called them again in July. It did not get done until I called in December and said ?If you come this week then we need to get this done?. So scheduling was a nightmare. The work was great and the workers were fine but scheduling was a nightmare from my personal experience. What happened was, they called in July on a Wednesday and said they can be here on Friday but I work and I don?t want somebody to be inside my house while I?m not here. I asked them to re-schedule but they said that they will get back to me. They will not give me a definite date even though it had been months since we originally scheduled for it. They just would not commit until finally it was Christmas week and I insisted for them to do the work. I sent an email that they have to be here in three days. When the work was done, the office called to see if I am satisfied with the work but I could talk to him at that time because I was with my client and said that he will just call back but he never got back at me. I think he called for a survey and I was able to tell him that the work and workers were great but I was not happy with the scheduling. <br /> <br /> The workers were wonderful and they did a good job. The workers were great but it was the scheduling that was a nightmare.

"I would like to take a few moments to respond to [member name removed] review. To say that the scheduling piece was a nightmare and to rate us a C is a bit harsh and here is why. It was to our understanding that [member name removed]was flexible with her timing of when the two rooms were to be painted. She stated that she works from home and would like to be a rainy day project. We reached out to her on several rainy day occasions to see if she was ready for us to come and paint and we were either told not know or we did not received a phone call or an email back from the customer. We also have noted that there was some concerns of the library room not being ready by the customer for us to come and paint. So when we reached back out in the fall, to see how flexible she was on the scheduling and ask if she was willing for us to do their project when it is to cold to paint outside. It was to my understanding that [member name removed] was willing to wait until it was colder outside. We did have usual scheduling issues last year, however opening communication from the customer is needed. We do apologize that [member name removed] feels this way. It went very well. They are good. I have used him twice. I have had one issue with them painting my office, but that was just scheduling conflict with one of their employees but besides that they are done great work for me.

The do a great job. I own a company that manages 500 houses. We've had them primarily doing exterior but it would include both interior and exterior. I will absolutely use them again.

Everything went as it should. Crew showed up on time every day and left the area clean each night. There were some minor areas where the craftsmanship could have been better but nothing that would concern most. <br />

We had an excellent experience with CertaPro Painters (Merriam, KS). Our initial visit from Dan Fiser was very pleasant. Dan is great to work with. All of our questions were answered in detail, which was important to us. He took the time to walk around the house and explain the process. My wife met with the color specialist, an excellent service provided at no additional cost. Their conversations about colors were very helpful. The crew did another walk around before they started, listening to all of my concerns and addressing them. They were very respectful not to damage any of our landscaping. Janae Nezerka worked very hard to line up the specific crew we requested, which was going above and beyond. <br /> Detailed paperwork describing the process, 3 year warranty, great customer service, competitive pricing, it was an easy decision to choose CertaPro and now after the work is complete, we're happy we chose them. <br /> I would (and already have) recommended them to friends and neighbors. They were great! <br />
