They are crooks and thieves, we had them out to fix our Maytag refrigerator and our bill said a one-year warranty, the refrigerator failed within the one-year warranty. So, we had them out again they said it was not the part that they fixed but instead the compressor which only Maytag could fix. So we had Maytag out and low and behold it was not the compressor but the same part that they had installed incorrectly. Maytag said the part was installed wrong. The Refrigerator now works fine. Certified does not even have the decency to return my phone calls to discuss the issue.

Dustin was courteous,timely and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem with our frig immediately. Fixed it and cleaned up in a matter of minutes. Also, checked our dishwasher and informed us it would be cheaper to buy a new one then to have it fixed. Appreciated his honesty. If needed would definitely deal with this company again.

Dustin confirmed dead power supplies with several major appliances. Unfortunately, he also searched and confirmed there are no replacement parts available. We'll be looking for parts over the summer and check in with him in the fall. We were not charged for his visit and he wouldn't accept gratuity.

I definitely recommend Certified. Brian came out the same day I called, ordered parts, and returned to complete the repair in a timely manner. Unfortunately, one problem led to a second one, which was taken care of promptly. Brian is professional and pleasant. Iâ  m recommending Certified to all my friends!

Hands down FULL 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!! These people are REFRESHING!! Called them before they were even open after waking up to a crabby refrigerator. Of course worse case for me with bags packed headed out of town. Needless to say I got a 4 hour time window 8-12 which was lucky I know....BUT Dustin called and said closer to the 8am. WOO HOO!! This man knew the issue in minutes, gave me a quote and had me up and running again FAST!!! I bet he could've dismantled the fridge guts AND the back of fridge to replace the faulty parts blindfolded!! Very knowledgeable, courteous and with efficiency you just don't get these days. These people were an absolute pleasure and I will only be using and highly recommending them for any and all appliance repair issues period. Put this company in your speed dial!! I had to pay for a service call even though I was told there was nothing that could be done to fix my ice maker. I did get a computer update, but so does everyone. I figured out the problem myself, and that is the flap on the ice cube shoot sticks allowing the ice to melt and freeze in the shoot.

Called within minutes of contact to schedule work same day and arrived at the beginning of scheduled window. Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.

Every quick response and ordered and installed new part within 36 hours. Impressed!

Way too expensive The part costs $25, it took 10 minutes to fix and he charged $230. He started at $280...

Dustin,who came out to my home was very polite and knowledgeable. He came the next day after contacting them. He immediately knew what was wrong with my washing machine, told me how to fix the refrigerator and said I neded a new burner unit for my stove. He fixed the washer and ordered the part for the stove. He then called me after he had left to tell me the part had to come from California. He called yesterday to say the part is expected to be in today or tomorrow and as soon as it is in, he will be in touch to replace the part. He was in and out of my house in 35 minutes!

Customer service was courteous and professional. Arranged technician for next day. The initial call-out fee is low and is not charged if they are hired to carry out the repair. I liked that the technician was part of the family that owns this business. He was clearly an expert. Everything was entirely to our satisfaction.

The person who answered the phone, Chelsea, was very nice. She had a service man come to my house in a few hours. The service man called me before arriving to give me his ETA. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for my ice maker. The part was installed 2 days later. Brian, the service man, called to inform me when the part arrived and when he could install the part. He arrived pretty close to the time he said he would be here. My ice maker is working well. It was a hassle-free experience. I would hire this company again if I needed to. Thank you.

I was not happy that he walked into my house with dirty wet shoes and left prints on my newly cleaned floors (yes it had been raining, but..... wear blue booties over your shoes)

They are there when they say they wood be there! Nice people kind and know what they are doing!

By far the BEST service we have had on an appliance we have ever had! 1 trip in a.m. and needed a special part, 2 trip back after being able to locate needed part all in 1 day to get fridge back up and running. Dont find this kind of service any more
