Andy was prompt, professional, competent, and a great communicator. The carpets that I once thought needed replacing are now beautiful again. They just needed Andy's professional cleaning. They look fantastic! I've already given Andy's contact info to several people.

Andy was wonderful!!! I thought about doing the work myself, but that is never a good idea when you can hire a professional such as Andy. He took an otherwise disgusting floor, which had formally been used for a food service business, and turned it into a beautiful, black floor for my 1,100 sf office space. He was thorough, professional, and very affordable. He completed the job in 1 day! I would definitely hire Andy again!

Andy arrived on time and performed as advertised. He is the primary worker in his company and once he arrives he works feverishly until the job is done. In my case, it was eight rooms and a set of stairs. I would highly recommend Certified Carpet Cleaning by Andy.

Andy came out right on time. Very very knowledgeable of carpets, cleaning, and proper solution for the problem. Explained in great detail what he was doing and why. Super nice guy. I just hired him to carpet clean my whole house while he was here. I HIGHLY recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

Terrific. He arrived on time. Wore a mask. Was very nice and efficient. Removed all spots and returned the furniture (to the extent he could given the rug had to dry. He returned all heavy furniture to the rug by using foam under the legs of the table. He was about half the price of other bids I received and the other carpet cleaners could not have done a better job than Andy did.

Our building flooded, only our office that didn't get mold, because Andy did ours. He came into my house at 8 o'clock in the evening and did the job. It's the best company I ever used. He did an amazing job cleaning. He was extremely reasonable. I trusted him. He did a fantastic job. I was so happy with his service. He was very professional.

Andy did a spectacular job! I hired him after another carpet cleaning company did a terrible job. Not only was he nice and professional, he went above and beyond what was asked of him in order to give me a clear idea of what was done wrong and how he could fix it. While the other company left me in the dark about what exactly they did because they knew I wouldn't be able to know whether it was right, Andy was transparent with me. He suggested the best course of action for me to take so I wouldn't waste my money again. He even worked on a holiday to get it done. After the other company left the carpet in a terrible condition, he made it look good as new. I am extremely appreciate of his service, professionalism, and kindness. He would be the first person I would call if I ever had carpet troubles again.

Info very accurate when I first called to set up appt. Called day before to confirm & tech called to say on the way. Very friendly & personable walked to all rooms & moved furniture as we went. Cleaning went well. Carpet was slower to dry than expected, I am pleased. Thanks tech Josh B.

They did a very good job! They showed up on time and were professional. There was a small area where there is alot of heavy traffic and after they cleaned it and it dried, it still had a little discoloring so they came back out to treat it! Good service and great follow up!

The guy from Chem-Dry Of Greater St. Louis came out and vacuumed like for 4 and half hours and he treated it. We did a top of the line allergy package and we have now lived there for a month and I have not had a problem. They did a wonderful job. I think the price was very good because we did the top of the line package and because we had 2 sets of stairs and they did the closets as well. The previous people who were staying there had cats and there was cat hair embedded in the carpets for like 7 years.

Showed up on time, gave estimate, got to work immediately. <br /> No problems, no hassles, no high pressure sales pitch to include extra services such as scotch guarding. Service was offered and discussed, but no pressure when declined. Carpets look good, even still smell good one week later. Dried in time stated. <br />

When the man arrived, I could not find one of my cats. He was very understanding and started his job upstairs while I found my cat and put her in the basement. Then he came downstairs and cleaned my bedroom. He was punctual, quick, neat, efficient, and polite. He noted that I had "bleach" spots on my carpet from using a commercial spot cleaner. He recommended their product ChemDry Spot Remover. This product does work well but it is a bit pricey. My carpeting did not look wonderful afterwards, but I suspect it is more because of the age and condition of my carpeting rather than the service. I liked that the carpet did not take a long time to dry and that I could soon walk on it. <br />

The technician arrived on time, measured the area, told me how much it would cost and then went to work, and he was very thorough and worked h****** some of the well-worn path areas that needed extra attention. I am very pleased with the results and the cost. <br />

Went exceptionally well from beginning to end. Jim, the technician, was courteous, and extremely professional during the cleaning process. Carpets had not been cleaned for a while and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone who need carpets cleaned and wants to be able to walk on them almost immediately.
