The sales team, Ron, and the office staff, Samantha and Diana, were great, but that's where the positive experience ended. Our 570-foot, 4' black aluminum fence project in Hammock Dunes felt rushed from the start, with the installation crew focused on finishing the job in a single day rather than delivering quality workmanship. Corners were cut, details were overlooked, and the final result was an incomplete fence with panels and gates installed backward, along with other bent or damaged pieces requiring multiple repairs that wer not resolved in a single return visit. The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Do Not Recommend!

We received a very reasonable quotation for a small repair due to storm damage and the replacement of a faulty lock. The work was performed soon thereafter and was to a very high standard. From the initial property evaluation to the end of the job the entire crew was fantastic. The install crew worked through terrible weather and seemed to never take a break. Mike answered all of our questions and helped us navigate through their finance options. They're fast, efficient, have amazing customer service, and build a very sturdy and attractive fence.
