The initial treatment was done and is already showing signs of dead ants. The technician said he will be doing a follow up visit two weeks after the initial visit. I am pleased with the work done and would recommend them to others.

I have been using Certified for the last five years and will continue to use them. The company as a whole will go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. The tech always ring the doorbell or will call you to make sure that you don’t have any problems that need to be address. So if you need a pest company this is the one to go with.

Service was great, Eddie was always very communicative and helpful in brainstorming how to resolve specific issues. However, Certified was bought out by Terminix and when they transitioned all the accounts over, Terminix utterly failed in responding for like 6 weeks....so I went with Eddie to his new company Nappkn Pest Control and have been very pleased.

I could not be more pleased with this company from beginning to end. The site estimator, Caleb Harrison was friendly, informative and professional without being pushing or trying to over sell me... They were able to schedule our service us very quickly, were on time and the service tech, Pablo Ruiz was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! He explained what he was doing and why, was very diligent, hard working and VERY thorough making sure he completed everything to our satisfaction. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE!

We have used Certified Pest Control for years to keep bugs and termites away from our house, and they have done a GREAT job. We just added Certified's mosquito control services, and we're very pleased. The technician arrived on time and clearly explained what he was going to do and then what he did. So far, no mosquitos! While he was at our house, I told him that we had found a roach upstairs in the past week. It's the first one I've seen in our house for years. He said that the quarterly pest control service should keep roaches away, unless we had left something open, and he asked if he could come inside to try to determine how the roach could have gotten inside. Sure enough, within minutes, he found that a chimney flue was open close to where we had found the roach. The technician closed the flue and solved the problem. We love how responsive Certified is to our needs, the expertise that they have, and the courtesy that all their personnel have shown to us.

Certified has been very good about keeping me in the loop on my routine quarterly pest treatments and the options available. I had them do a treatment inside once for German cockroaches, and haven't seen any signs since. I am a bit concerned that one of the technicians sent out seemed... a bit unfocused, as if he was tired or thinking about other things. I pointed out at the time that I was concerned about possible rodents in the attic, and he answered vaguely that "we don't really do anything for that," despite the CPTC site saying otherwise. No options presented and a missed sales opportunity. I think the company is generally reliable and has good leadership (family company, which I always like). Maybe it was just the one guy. And admittedly he did the job he came to do and was polite and easygoing. Just seemed distracted and not really on the ball about helping with other possible needs. That's why B/C ratings in some areas, but A in most.
