Very nice people. Took a little longer then reported. Overall good job.

<p>They were very good. They gave me 10% off. They showed up when they said but the weather was bad but they came let me know they wont be able to do it.  They quoted a different quote but they were able to adjust it for me. </p>

We got 3 bids for this job and Ken was by far the cheapest. He is extremely thorough and does extra things if he sees something along the way that needs attention. He does work slowly and takes quite a few breaks! However if you don't mind if the project takes a little longer, you'd be hard pressed to find a better all around handyman! <br />

Ken had performed another exterior painting and fencing job for me in the past.  This job was all interior work  Ken is very responsive and got right to work once everything was scheduled.  He and his assistant were always professional and courteous.  The job was completed slightly behind schedule primarily due to the Thanksgiving holidays, although Ken worked on weekends and often late hours.  He makes sure the job is done correctly and the paint job looked great once it was finished.  He fixed any imperfections in the drywall and the rooms look good as new.  <br />

Ken is a professional. He arrived on time for the estimate and began the work when he said he would. He power washed my house and sidewalk - which made it look wonderful!. The rotting wood on my shop turned into severe rot from wood ants. So the job expanded to replacing several 2X4 and the entire exterior. Ken repaired it all, rebuilt my exterior doors to the shop and the painting is excellent. On my home, there were spots that needed repair and Ken did that. I am very pleased with his work. Everyday the area was left neat. Ken and his crew are very friendly and polite. <br />

First step was to pressure wash the second floor (exterior) of my house to remove the loose paint.  The chipped areas were then sanded to help feather in the rough edges.  Oil based primer was applied.  Then a top coat was added.  Facial board and eaves were painted a different color as well as shutters.  Site clean-up was excellent. <br />

He took his time and did a lot of extra things that he didn't even charge me for. I am very pleased with his work and he was very knowledgable in his trades. I would definitely recommend him if you would like to save some time and money.

Very good quaility work and he went above and beyond with other small items that was not explicitly stated in our contract.  Would definitely call Ken again for other work.  Completion of job was a little slow but that was primarily due to bad weather. <br />

Ken could not have been more proffesional. He is the best painter I have ever hired. He showed up when he said he would. He was very neat and extremely polite and helpful. The entire job took less then a week , start to finish. I am going to have him do some other painting in the up coming months. <br />

Excellent job. Kenneth showed up on time with all the needed materials. He didn't leave a mess and did a very good job overall. I would definitely use him again. <br />

Excellent.  Ken is a very good and particular craftsman, does it right the first time, and finishes the job well.  Just show and tell him what needs to be done and turn him loose.  He gets it done and does it right without any need to check his work.  If he finds anything unexpected, he will tell you and let you decide if he should work on it.  This happened to me - he noticed some rotten soffit that I had not seen and pointed it out to me, and I had him fix it.  <br /> I have recommended him to neighbors and friends also, and they were all pleased with his work.  I have some other items I plan to have him work on in the near future. <br />
