Cameron & Lorin are good people they were on time and completed the work in a timely manner and answered several questions with knowledgeable answers. Fantastic. Chris and his team had to dodge around a rainy summer that made access difficult, but they were out as soon as conditions permitted. They obtained the permits and set the well and an additional hose bib right where we asked.

"Not all heroes wear capes" The installer of our NEW Geothermal unit determined what the problem was, but then could not help us. (Even once C&G knew what they needed to do after the pumps would be replaced, they still abandoned us. ) Chris (I believe that was the name from C&G) called me back on the weekend and determined what was required, He then took the initiative to hunt down the needed replacements. When he learned they were no longer made, he then determined the options and handled everything, including finding a similarly responsive HVAC service (Ivan's Heating and Cooling) that would complete the hook up to the newly installed geothermal unit. After 5 days with no AC, he and another company fixed the problem the next morning. Outstanding service.

Called C & G on the recommendation of another service company. They came out the same day and saved us hundreds of dollars. The AC went out on Friday night (98 degree weekend), called a well known Geo-thermal company who charged us a $149.00 weekend call rate but wouldn't fix until the following week. They quoted us $895 for just the pump and claimed it would require 3-4 hours to install. So thankful they were not able to give us the appointment on Monday and called C & G instead. They were professional and very efficient. I could not be happier with their work and rates. Highly recommend.

C & G Well Drilling arrived when promised , confirmed the problem, made the repair and were finished in 2 hours. I would definitely use them again when needed. The well and pump works great!

My geothermo system pump was running almost continually.  When I called Criss he came right  out and diagnosed my need for a well.  He then provided a work around until he could get back to drill. The work was done in a couple of days. and in a professional manner.  <br /> I hired Criss once before for a well drilling. I had no hesitation is calling him back again. Clearly he is quite knowledgeable, efficient and highly qualified. He is also great to work with. On top of all that his prices were better than others I inquired. I highly recommend him! <br />

I found this company through Angie's List and was impressed by all the reviews.  I have an old pump/well/irrigation system that was installed back in 1994  and not working(I am not the original owner or installer).   So I called Chris to get help with getting my irrigation started back up.  He sounded very knowledgeable on the phone so I hired him to come attempt to fix my old system.  It was going to cost me $95 just for him to come out to diagnose/prime my system.  He gave me a 4 hour window for my appointment. <br /> The day of the appointment, he looked at my pump and immediately thought it was the Check Valve that leads from the well to the pump.  He began shoveling in my backyard in an attempt to locate the well.  After several holes, he located the well and took out the old check valve.  He replaced the new check valve closer to the pump and manually pumped the water from the well out through the spigots.  This was a great sign knowing that my well was still working.  After getting the water flowing with my old pump, he looked at my irrigation and openly admitted that he is not an "irrigation guy."  I was kind of surprised by that comment, but was thankful for his honesty.  <br /> We, both of us, attempted to run the irrigation and learned that my irrigation valves were leaking.  He messed with the pump a little then advised me that the pump needed to be replaced because it would hold pressure.  He said that the pump kept dropping to 0 psi and no higher than 20psi.  He estimated that a new pump would cost me  $825 for him to replace it!!!  I immediately remembered his comment of not being an "irrigation guy" and politely declined.  He gave me a contact number to call to where I could buy a new pump.  My total payment for basically a new Check Valve to get water flowing again cost me $195. <br /> Here is where it gets interesting:  So I am a DIY'er and decided I would look into possibly buying a new pump and getting my irrigation up and running on my own versus hiring somebody else to charge me an arm and leg for little work.  What I learned is that my pump just needed a $10 pressure gauge that I bought at Home Depot.  Pump works great, and gives me a reading of 30-50 psi.  So instead of buying a $400-$825 pump that I was estimated, it cost me $10!  <br /> Chris was a polite and friendly guy, but I would not recommend him for any irrigation work.  However, I would hire him for Well work/drilling.  He seems to be very knowledgeable about the wells, etc, but not irrigation or pumps.  <br />

<p>I called Criss Menefee to see if he could drill a well for me. He called back and came the next day to see my situation and give me a price. The price was very fair seeing that he would have to drill in my front yard, pipe the well all the way to a detached 2 1/2 car garage in the back yard and place the pump in the garage to replace my dried up well.</p> <p>He scheduled it as soon as he could fit it into his schedule. Criss called the day before he and his two sons came to drill the well. They took about two hours to drill down about 65 feet to reach good clean water and cap it off. He said that another member of his team would be out to run the piping and install the new pump. He called the day before Bret came out with tow helpers to run the 80 some feet of pipe and install the pipe in my garage. They even installed a bye pass so I can bring my sprinkler system back to life. </p> <p>Criss and his crews did a great job and I would hire him again in a minute or recommend him to anyone who would ask!</p> <br />
