The Cha Chas Housecleaning team is like a part of my family! They have been cleaning for us for well over 10 years. When we moved houses, they went with us, doing a deep clean and then weekly cleaning ever since. Erika and Hugo (owners) are kind, helpful, and very courteous. They do a magnificent job. I have used Chachas house cleaning services for a long time, they remain consistent in the detailed cleaning and careful with delicate items. They change beds and do a great job in the Kitchen and bathrooms too! The staff is courageous and professional- I am never disappointed and love how the house feels, looks and smells when they come! I have been using Chachas now for almost 10 years and there's good reason. They do an amazing job cleaning my house! There spots or corners missed. They are also extremely reliable and show up when the say they will. And they have never tried increasing the cost in many years which is a first. You can't go wrong hiring them.

We have used Chachas House Cleaning for years! Their team is always polite, thorough and does a great job. We have done large jobs (move outs/move ins), biweekly cleanings, as well as window cleaning. Would recommend!

The 2nd visit I had a gift card stolen. She said she fired that lady, last time she came I lost $200 from my purse. The cleaning is terrible and I called them up to let her know that she is not welcome in my house. My purse and wallet turned up side down, and I requested for them not to go on that room but they did.

Unfortunately I hired dishonest people who used false references, for that reason my company suffered a lot of damage, the good thing about this is that I fixed the problem with detectives and they are paying with jail time, after these events I have taken the precaution of hiring highly recommended personnel, and I remember that I spoke with you Cinthia to tell you what happened, but the last time we went to clean your house, I was personally taking care of every detail, and the girl who went to clean was not any of the above, but I think that the young appearance did not give her confidence. We used this cleaning company for years and then all of a sudden things were being broken and not reported. Then erica the owner,,,tells us she didn't show up because her contact list was lost...then the following two last time they came,,, nothing that I asked her and the girls to clean got done,..she said it was because her main ladies were in Mexico...the last time they were here they did not dust or wipe the kitchen down or do anything I asked to have done before my family arrived in town. They have not returned any phone calls or text...like I said...used this company for years with no complaints...wondering if some one else took over because in the past Erica always cared. This last time was a nightmare and the girls sat out front if my house and giggled as I ased why they did not wipe anything down...just a huge betrayal of trust as we have also referred this company out to many people.

The crew arrived about 30 minutes after agreed time but with a crew of 5. They more than made up for the few minutes late and cleaned the whole house along with extra for a filthy oven and refrigerator. Will have them back monthly. My wife and I are not able to keep up with the housekeeping chores on our own so need this assistance in maintaining our home.

Erika's crew started off great but progressively got worse. They would forget the alarm code and set off the alarm a few times. Most of the time they would trip the circuit breakers with they vacuum cleaner. Many times they would scuff the walls with the mop bucket and the last few times they forgot to lock the doors on the way out.

"Unfortunately there are many things that happened when I could not be there. And for which I dismissed personnel since my work cost me many sacrifices. I'm very sorry about what happened in your house. Regarding cleanliness we always did excellent service. The marks on the wall were cleaned with erasers and when we arrived there were marks that could also be for the dog. The price you paid was $ 125. And your last cleaning of course does not accept payment for the mistakes made. A thousand apologies and this serves me as an experience to improve my service. Was a pleasure serve you. Very friendly prompt, and quick. The first time they came was wonderful. The second time they left some dents in my floor from their equipment and missed some areas, felt much less thorough
