Michael Brooks came out on Monday 2/24. Explained that the starter button ha broken off in the control panel, there was no way to repair because how the manufacturer constructed the panel. Had to order a new panel. He gave our Friday 2/28 and installed the new control panel and the washing machine is up and running. Michael was very informative, polite, humble, and shown empathy when he explained the issue and the cost.

He came out, looked at it for four minutes and said that it was not repairable.

"the units.bearing was totally destroyed and it damaged the outer tub. this was not a cost effective repair. it had been run so long with the bearing being bad it damaged to many parts"

Fantastic!!! Chad came right in and fix my dishwasher in no time. Then while he was there he fixed my refrigerator. I could not have asked for a better man. Chad was responsible, quick, and the price was very reasonble. Thank you again Chad.
