I have 6 old chairs that I love because they swivel and rock. We have them in the breakfast room. Over time the mechanisms stopped working (these are perhaps close to 20 years old). All new chairs seem to be straight legged. I could have ordered new chairs from this store (they do custom new work, too) but my bucket seats were fine. It took about 2 and a half months for the new bases to come in, but they have custom made wooden legs.  <br /> A few months later I noticed that three of the castors were broken and one was the wrong size. I only use 4 of the chairs on a regular basis, and three of the damaged ones just happened to be on the chairs I stored. I called the store and emailed photos of the castors. With no questions asked, they ordered the new castors AND came to my home to replace them. This is just excellent customer service, especially as I had had the chairs back for months. Nice. <br />

The Chair Shop lived up to the positive reviews I'd read on Angie's List.  Service was helpful without being pushy.  The owner allowed me to take a chair sample that I'd selected home to see how it worked with our newly remodeled kitchen.  This was very helpful as I could see the size of the chair against the island counter.  When I returned the chair, even though it was close to closing, the staff allowed me to look through many fabric samples for the seat without hurrying me.  I found the perfect fabric and ordered the chairs over the MLK holiday weekend.  The chairs were delivered two weeks ago and they are stunning!  I needed the chairs to be two inches higher than the standard and it was absolutely no problem for them to agree to this.  From start to finish it was a great experience and I will use them again. <br />

We purchased two chairs over 10 years ago and we had some issues with wooden stretcher on the bottom of each chair. When I called to ask for a recommendatoin for a repair shop, I was told to bring the chairs in.  They fixed it for us while we waited at no cost to us.  We are extremely impressed with their level of customer service.  How many places would repair something you purchased over 10 years ago at not cost? <br />

Very helpful in finding the correct chair.  Even allowed me to take a chair home to see if it was a "good fit".  It was, so The Chair Shop ordered us the same chair but in our requested color of white. <br /> Very much a customer service oriented company.  Strongly recommend this store. <br />

The value here was exscellent.  There is no negotiation over white gloce delivery and all of that nonsense.  You are taken care of. <br /> I put a very small down payment and paid the rest upon delivery.
