His work was meticulous, and he went above and beyond to meet a very tight timeframe ? delivering everything right on schedule. He replaced our flooring and refinished the original floors beautifully, giving our home a refreshed and cohesive look. We were extremely pleased with the results and would gladly recommend his services to anyone looking for high?quality craftsmanship.

They did thoughtful, careful and excellent work repairing a corner section of my house’s exterior that had extensive water and carpenter ant damage. They went above and beyond by suggesting and constructing solutions to prevent further water damage in the future. I would recommend their services and plan to use them in the future.

Ramy and his crew worked hard and consistently took pride in their work. Ramy was willing to add on to the project as we went and said “no problem” and even proactively offered suggestions and helped us pick out tile and LVP and carpeting for the stairs to make sure it all matched. Ramy was pleasant to work with, professional, polite and an excellent craftsman. He was helpful in sharing his design ideas and also was a good listener. He installed the flooring and wall tile just as we wanted. Everything was done in a timely manner and all the work was either performed or supervised by Ramy himself. We are very pleased with his work.

Ramy did an incredible job taking our old, outdated, and unsafe kitchen and turning it into a beautiful and modern one. He installed new floor joists, sub-flooring, floor tiling, cabinetry, backsplash tile, and a build-out for our oven hood insert. The process also included knocking out a wall, moving and modifying gas and water lines and many other smaller unforeseen details along the way. We appreciated how informative Ramy was as we moved through the process since we'd never taken on something of this size before. He even came with us to help pick out our floor tiles. We were both of a similar mindset that we wanted to focus on quality of all aspects of the job as opposed to making decisions solely based on cost. Do it once, do it right. In the end, this kitchen will last us many years and has alleviated several health and safety concerns that the old kitchen posed to our family. We will certainly be using Ramy's services again for future projects.

Amazing! Ramy and his team did an amazing job and really take a lot of pride in their work! He removed the old door, fixed the rotted parts of the floor, and installed a new slider. My wife and I can’t believe how good it looks and the improvement it made. We will hire Ramy and Chakur Construction for our new hardwood floor install shortly. Look no further when you need any remodeling in your home. I research everything before I make a decision and am so happy I chose Chakur!

We are so happy that we chose Chakar Construction. Ramy is a great guy - attentive, communicative, honest, and does really excellent work. He took great care to advise us on what would look best and cost the least, and was quick to let us know about any obstacles he encountered (since our house is relatively old) and our options to best circumvent them. He was flexible with his schedule to meet the deadline we requested and went the extra mile to make sure our floors, walls, and new carpet were finished up to his high standard. We couldn't be happier with how the work came out, and Ramy was an absolute pleasure to work with. We would happily work with him in the future and readily recommend his services to anyone.
