I believe this shows I never undeservingly took money from anyone without finishing my work. We recently hired Chamberlain Services (Warren Chamberlain). This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. The start date was supposed to be Sept 2 and completion Sept 10, Mr Chamberlain didn't start my job until Sept 7. Every day there was a long list of excuses of why he would not be there on time or not be there at all. Some of the excuses included being at the gas station or waiting on his workers. Regardless of the excuse, Mr. Chamberlain failed to show up on time any day, if at all. The only day that he did show up on the time that he said was to pick up his deposit before the job was started. Along with not showing up before 11 am on any of his days of work, there was a minimal amount of work that was done when he did show up. We felt extremely bad for the help that he had with him, as he left one worker for the day and did not return to pick him up. I gave him a ride back to his house after Mr. Chamberlain said that he would be there to get him in around an hour at 8 pm. When Mr. Chamberlain attempted to texture my kitchen ceiling we asked for a light texture and instead we got the most horrible uneven texture I've ever seen and didn't finish the mess until 11 pm that night. The next day I did not hear from him until around 2 pm and I told him to not come to work as it was a Sunday and halfway through the day. Sept 12th, two days after the expected end date, he was supposed to show up early but did not come until 11 am. I immediately addressed how bad the kitchen ceiling was and told Mr. Chamberlain that we would be parting ways as not even half of the work was done this far past the original end date. Along with his poor punctuality, he had poor work ethic and workmanship. Needless to say my work is not finished. All I can say is that Mr. Chamberlain always has an excuse for being late. All of this comes from a bad experience and I would just hate to see another person have to go through a similar one. We are understanding people but the experience was unacceptable.

"I had one response up for about a week and decided to take it down because I found myself trying to defend myself where there really was no need to do so. My response to this gentlemen'[Member Information Removed]. false accusations is as follows, I repaired all the finish work on the wall that the clients"[Member Information Removed] son attempted to finish and found out he wasn't able to do so, then next to the last day I textured the kitchen ceiling. the client was very happy with the kitchen ceiling, he coached me all the way through the process of texturing the ceiling and complemented me on how well the ceiling matched the ceiling that he had done in the adjacent room. the next morning I arrived at the job, he was acting very radical and was cursing me stating that the whole job looked awful and wasn't putting up with it anymore.. I was offended, and very confused because the night before he seemed to be very excited about my work throughout the job. I repaired what his son and himself were meaning to do, and found they were unable to do so and thats'[Member Information Removed] when they called and hired me. If the client was so dissatisfied that he had a horrible experience, why would he wait until the last day I had to complete the job to tell me to leave without the final amount of $900.00? I choose not to alliterate or take up any more of your time in my response to this client"[Member Information Removed] false accusations up to requesting me to leave the property without my last payment due. Horrible experience read above complaints he had excuses for 4 days and then took deposit and didn’t return.

"My quality and reputation speaks for itself this is the first bad review I've ever got in 40 years of being in the business unfortunately I am just starting for this company and it lowered my ratings to where they were forced to take me off the active list temporarily I hope just to show my honesty for the next five customers that I have they will receive a 25% discount and hopes have a good review to counter this one it saddens me that this gentleman chose to falsify his review he didn't understand when you accept someone's Services there is money due for estimates travel time gas expenses hours of scheduling and that I am a business owner I can't be at his house at his becking call 24/ 7 have other clients that I value and are in need of my services as well so he chose to damage my reputation but it just made me stronger and a little wiser God bless to all"
