The job was done right, quick and clean. The plumber was pleasant and informative. Great work overall.

HVAC--We appreciated that they showed up so quickly. They fixed a clogged drain line to get AC working, and we signed up for a 12 mo. plan due to cost being lower to repair it that way. The tech left saying that with a 10+ yr old unit, "the next major malfunction" would likely result in replacing the whole unit. That was a down side to the visit w/ them being new to us.

Please try ALL you can to avoid this greedy company. we had a shower leakage in upstairs bathroom and submitted a job in Angi. Champion AC & Plumbing contacted us and did the repair for us. The tech was able to identify the issue to be a broken faucet cartridge and told us he will replace it. I was happy to know it is just a cartridge issue and I would expect reasonable cost for such a small job. The final invoice came out to be $927 with 3.5 hours @ 225 hourly rate. They told me the plumber had to drive to different location to get the part and they charged me full plumber's rate for driving to get the part. ~$1000 is just beyond acceptable for replacing a shower cartridge!! I have called them many time to get a solution but they are very arrogant to reach a accept deal with me. PLEASE avoid this company at all cost. They will screw you just like what they did for me. I want them to pay for the price for what they did to their customers.

After reviewing a number of reviews, I decided to call Steve's Brougher's Plumbing and I am glad I did. Their office staff was very responsible and professional. They were able to set up an appointment for my renter the next day. According to my renter, their plumbers showed up on time and did an terrific job. I will not hesitate to call them again.

I’d like to give a big thank-you to Steve’s Plumbing for rescuing my house from misery. When our 4” sewer line from house to street kept clogging up and after I snaked it five times, I called this company on the recommendation of another plumber. After some initial scheduling confusion, Steve himself arrived promptly the next day to personally fiber optic my entire line, with a heartfelt apology for the scheduling difficulty. This guy really knew his craft and did exactly as he promised. Locating the exact location of the blockage (to the inch), he even sent me a screen shot of the locator camera TV at the exact time he said he would. He also worked with me on my budget considerations by letting me excavate the site, and at about 4 feet down I found the pipe with hole and ugly root infiltration. A few days later, as scheduled, Steve with a good assistant again arrived promptly in the morning and within 1 hour had the new pipe section spliced in. I was impressed with his attention to detail, empathy towards my family’s situation, transparency (explaining everything as he went), and respect towards my needs in every way. He also went above and beyond by listening to my problems with water pressure and made educational suggestions about how to work with the city to get an assessment. Overall, I found my trust developing rapidly and my bank account secure. I’d recommend this down-to-earth gentleman for anyone needing dependable, respectful, and reasonable plumbing repairs.

We needed same day service, to avoid having water damage in our kitchen. I was able to call first thing in Monday morning and arrange for service that day. Technicians were polite and efficient! I would definitely use them again

We had other jobs that were priorities over the smaller non urgent plumbing jobs so we didn’t hire them yet but Plan to do so later this summer. Only problem was we were still living across town and the company would not allow the plumber to come in the home and assess the work and leave us a bid so that was inconvenient for us but understood.

The plumber came up with a good plan and made sure it would be approved by the MUD district. The work was done on time and well.

Terrific! John got the sink unclogged, and took the time to fix a problem with a second sink when my husband mentioned that the plunger wasn't hooked up. Very professional and knows his stuff! Good communicator too. Thanks John!

John was able to use a snake and take care of the clog drain problem immediately. Awesome job and very professional. Very reasonable rate. Anna was great and was able to set up an appointment in a very short period of time. Highly recommend!

They worked with us to address all of our concerns and came up with solutions for some complex plumbing requirements. Also, despite weather delays, they worked late to meet the deadline we had agreed upon and made sure the plumbing line was functional when requested.

Problems solved. Repairs were completed in a timely manner. Service providers were courteous and helpful.

The plumbers were very helpful and kept me from almost buying a house that would have cost me money in the long haul. They even wrote me an invoice on the spot (they also emailed one later) so I could act quickly with my realtor.

Steve's plumbing did a nice job and got the heater fixed up. They also went inside and helped remove some clogged faucet filters so that the hot water would flow better from the tankless unit outside. Repair tech was friendly and helpful.
