It was fine. It was more of a communication problem because it was done towards the end of the year. They were supposed to be here at a certain time and they didn't show up but what I found out later, they had called my phone and left a message and I have not picked it up. The pricing was great. The quality of work is good. They would follow up. I would use them again.

<p>The cleaners showed up right on time and went right to work.   They have  an excellent steam cleaning system in their van which means all the  mess leaves with them. The whole  project took about three  hours and another three hours for the carpet to dry.</p>

In the description of the deal it was not clear that the interior window cleaning was not included in the deal price. I had to pay an additional $80.00 to have the interior windows cleaned.

<p>Workers showed up  on time and went right to work.  I just purchased this house and had no idea of the condition of the gutters or the roof.  I could see the windows were really dirty!  Now I have sparkling windows and I can rest easy  about the condition of the gutters.</p> <p>I  think I will give them a try at  cleaning my carpet next.</p>

Worker showed up on time and ready to go. Blew out gutters and debris from roof, then washed windows on 1st and 2nd floors.  At the conclusion of everything, cleaned up debris from lawn. I was satisfied with the job and will use their services again.

Cleaned the moss off the roof.  Cleaned the exterior windows.  Roof was in the shade and grows moss.  Process took about 2 1/2 days.  Two guys did the cleaning.  They were professional.  Are a family owned company.  They were always on time.  Will be having them come back because they did a great job.  Found them on Angie's List.  Would recommend them to family and friends.

He came about two weeks ago and did a moss treatment on the roof and came back on a Saturday to power wash the roof. I had one problem, when power washing around a skylight, there was some leakage into the house. There was very minor damage to a couple of items and they cleaned up the water very well. In all I'm very happy and will use them again as I live in Olympia, Washington and moss is always a problem. The only reason I didn't give an "A" for overall was because of the leakage.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Champion Cleaning Services.  The work was done as promised in a timely and efficient manner.  After I applied for the deal that was offered I was contacted quickly and a date was set for the work.  When the day came, the weather was not conducive to starting at the agreed time and I received a call with a later time. The crew came at that time and started work. I asked Mr. Allen what some additional projects would cost and he provided a written estimate for that work, and left me to decide what to do without applying any pressure.  Sometimes when dealing with a woman, a contractor will try to use intimidation to get more work. It was refreshing to be treated with respect.  When they finished the roof looked good, the windows sparkled, and the next time it rains I'm sure the gutters will run freely. <br />

Overall a great experience. I had a roof covered in moss and some other areas of the property that needed power washing . Mike showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and followed with a phone call to confirm everything was as we had discussed.  He is extremely easy to work with and I have already recommended Champion to a coworker who was looking for a similar work on his home. If you are looking for someone who is honest, reasonable priced, and does great work go with these guys.

Mike and his son did an excellent job. Cleaning a tile roof is dangerous, particularly one that is covered with moss. He gave us a reasonable bid in writing before the job, and stayed within the original bid. Not only did he thoroughly remove the moss, but he cleaned our gutters and side storage unit. They completely cleaned-up all of the debris from the pressure washing, including the deck and windows. <br /> But they didn't stop there; they removed limbs hanging over our chimney, removing the possibility of fire. There was no extra charge, which speaks volumes to their professionalism and commitment to doing a thorough job. <br /> Please use Champion Cleaning, you won't be disappointed.

Workers were fast and efficient.  The job went well and I was very satisfied with the service.  I have used Champion Cleaning Services in the past and have been consistently impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness.

All of the windows were cleaned.  The screens were removed and cleaned also.  The window tracks were also cleaned.  The work was done quickly without any mess.

I purchased a roof and gutter cleaning coupon through a local coupon service. I did not (and most certainly will next time) check on the company as I normally would before hiring them.  The coupon said extra would be charged for larger or difficult roofs. My husband won't get on the roof and that's why I was hiring someone to do it.   I  didn't know if our roof would require extra charges. It took some time to get an apopintment for the company to come to do the work.  In the end, 5 trips were made to our house.  Every time there was something that prevented the work from being done until the last time.  When the owner's son came for the  first appointment to clean the roof, I assumed the owner had previously viewed our roof and decided there was no extra charge but that turned out not to be the case.  The son arrived alone to do the work. He got on the roof, got down, called his father/owner and gave me the phone to talk to him.  He said he could not risk his son's life to do the work on our roof and his son had worn the wrong shoes to be on our roof.  I understood  his concern and  at no time was there any suggestion anyone should do anything that was risky. I thought his was an experienced  and capable company based on the information provided when I purchased the coupon. I was suprised when one person came to do the work.  This doesn't seem to be a safe practice.  So, the owner finally came to our house, walked around it, told us the moss would need to be removed  (something we expected that cost extra) and our roof was large (that was extra).  He gave us a price that was nearly 4 times the original price we paid for the coupon.  It was the first time we had this done since we moved into our new home so we agreed, assuming it was reasonable, and made another appointment.  At the fourth appointment, we were told a new anchor (one was already installed) would be required and he placed a call to a roofer he knew.  The day before the 5th appointment, I called to tell him the roofer had not contacted us.  He was indignant that I had not called him sooner to tell him and wanted to talk to my husband because I was apparently too direct in our conversation.  I offered to have him reimburse us for the coupon value as it didn't appear he wanted to do the job.  He declined my offer.  The next morning the roofer arrived, installed the second anchor (we paid him directly, this was not part of the final estimate of cost) and then the owner and his son arrived for the 5th (and final) appointment.  At each contact, including and after the first appointment, the owner told us his son would not be doing the work, his crew and he would do it.  But when the work was finally done, it was done by his son alone on our roof and the owner spent most of the time in his vehicle parked in front of our house.  No "crew" ever came.  I have no way of getting on the roof to see if a good job was done. I will not, however, ever use his company again or recommend them to anyone.  I will actually recommend NOT to use him. I learned a lesson.  I graded a D rather than F because the work was finally completed.  <br /> <br />
