I am super Impressed with this company. I had a quick closing date on a new build home and sent an email for a last-minute request for a home inspection before my walk through with builders. Anthony replied within an hour (on Christmas day). Everything was so quick and easy to setup. He was able to accommodate my time constraints and perform the home inspection the next day. The inspection report was immediately emailed to me. The report was concise and easy to understand. He was also available to discuss any questions or concerns I might have from his report. I would highly recommend using Champion Home Inspections LLC. You will not be disappointed. I have my calendar marked to call Champion Home Inspections for another home inspection closer to my year warranty expiration. He did a great job.. The report was very thorough. I think the most important thing was that he was very honest and took time to explain everything to us. As out of town buyers, he made us feel that he was on our side, even though the sale didn’t work out we appreciated his work and the extra effort he took .

Anthony and I spoke prior to the date of the inspection and just based on our initial phone call, my husband and I had decided we didn't want to look any further. Anthony just made a great first inspection (not to mention he was very reasonable)! Day of inspection was seamless. Anthony arrived before us, had already walked the home, offered very helpful details on what to keep watch for (especially on things that were new to us). Our report was emailed to us within a very short time/same day. Anthony even went over details of his report with our builder's representative on the same day as the inspection. We've already made our appointment for our one-year warranty inspection with him.
