Anton was always punctual, professional and explained every step clearly! Communication was fantastic and the final product exceeded our expectations. We won't need a new garage door again for a while, but will certainly call on Champions when we do!

Office staff person was courteous, helpful and scheduled repair quickly. Technician was prompt, very pleasant, careful, efficient and thorough. He replaced springs and cables, oiled springs, hinges, etc, and explained the need to oil parts more frequently because the garage is sometimes used for woodworking and the dust can affect the mechanics of the door. I had watched a couple videos on similar repairs so I would know what to expect. Added bonus: not only do we have new springs and cables but now the door is so quiet when operating that we hardly hear it. Thank you.

We just purchased our first home and while we love the home, we are pretty sure it had the original garage door on it from the late 90s so our top priority was replacing the door and opener both . I got quotes from several companies two weeks ago, but when it came down to it, I had a much better experience with Champions Garage Door repair and felt we would be better taken care of. That said, they have some awesome deals so I still believe we walked away with a great deal. They scheduled a pre visit to come measure the door on Monday, which was quick and made me feel more confident for our appointment. Then Tuesday, Dave and Jose came and installed the door. They were both fantastic and always keep me in the loop and let me know what was happening. They did a great job and their work is spot on. They know what they're doing! I also appreciated the walk through of all of the features of the door. I could not be happier with my experience! I would highly recommend them for a garage door and/or opener replacement.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! These guys have saved my hide in many a broken gate situation. I am in an industrial building that has an older set of gates and have needed repairs after delivery accidents and just general wear and tear. Their prices are fair and they have not disappointed on the quality of work done. I will be calling them for all my future gate repairs as well as when I want to put up a whole new fancy gate system.

These guys are awesome! The technician arrived at my house on time on a Sunday afternoon with all of the parts and tools he needed. He had to carry tools and parts through my house to access my garage, and was extremely careful not to soil or damage anything. He explained the costs upfront, didn't try to up-sell me, quickly and expertly completed the job at an excellent price. On top of that, the technician was extremely courteous; advised me on how to maintain my opener, spring and cables; and provided lubrication. I'd hire them again in an instant and highly recommend them.

11:00 am I arrived to my house and heard a big crack sound on my garage door that didn't let it to close, immediately I noticed a cable broken and out of the rail, I closed the door manually and noticed it was totally not aligned. Checked on angieslist website the best garage repair company and this was the one I choose (5 Stars). 11:20 I called the Champions Garage Door Repair and they got me an estimate (very reasonable price) and said will be here between 12-2 pm, not bad. Tech arrived at 12:20! And did the job in 20 min, not to mention he did extra job doing something on my chain (was causing lots of noise and I used to that noise ) The service is the best and super fast !!! Don't think twice to call !

Exactly what I wanted. My garage door broke a main spring so I took to Angieslist to get a rough idea what to expect. Champion's gave me a quick and fair estimate right away! Better than the others that bothered to respond. Came out the next day, repaired things perfectly, and my garage door is like new with a little extra care by Champions Garage Door Repair giving some much needed maintenance after years of neglect. Price hit right on the estimate after opting to replace both springs. Super nice, great service, call them up!

I was really happy with the price and quality of service provided by Champions Garage Door Repair. Ken called to let me know when he was 30 minutes away. He checked out the garage door, asked me questions and then offered me two options for the repair (I chose the slightly higher option). The estimate I was given over the phone when I called was very close to the actual cost. Ken was efficient and polite. I would call them again in the future and have recommended them to a friend already!

Ken was excellent. Top notch professional. Initial consultation was consultative, not high pressure sales. He carefully went over all the nuances of every option. In the end he guided me to the middle of the line of choices for our situation rather than the most expensive. I appreciated that. We ordered gray doors, and that was a special order, so we put down a deposit and waited a couple of weeks for them to come in. Installation was flawless. Ken handled well a dip we have in the garage slab, and he assured me he had a backup plan to deal with further if needed. (It was not needed.) Ken's cleanup was thorough, and he hauled away all the old materials. We now have rock solid new doors that run smoothly and look great. Use this guy -- you won't regret it.

Very well. Anton is a great, thorough technician. He gives options and I went with the more expensive but quieter belt driven model with all the bells and whistles. I learned the hard way years ago that this requires expertise. Would hire them again!

This was my first time calling this company. I called around 1:15pm, they answered the phone promptly and were able to offer a two-hour service window, 4pm-6pm, on the same day. As promised, Ken, the service technician called at 3:50pm to let me know he was on his way. He showed up at 4:20pm. He was very friendly, took a few minutes to assess the problem, and was forthcoming with all of the potential issues. Ken was very determined to get this fixed for us and was up-front about the cost of repairs (which were very reasonable). He was very polite, explained everything to me, and was finished around 5:30pm...and I had a working garage door again. I actually called the office to tell them how pleased I was with Ken and their service. I offer the strongest recommendation I can for this company. If only every company treated their customers this well. I hope I do not have to call them again, but if I have a garage door issue...they WILL be my first call.

The project could not have gone any better. I was impressed with the initial responsiveness; i submitted my initial project request at 11pm and within 20 minutes got a response saying they could have a technician out the next morning. The tech, Ken, called 30 minutes prior to arrival, arrived on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He offered us a few different options and said he could complete the job later that same day after he completed his other scheduled projects. He came back, again giving a 30 minute heads up, and spent the next couple hours completing the project wonderfully. He explained everything to us, walked us through all operations, cleaned up all of the debris, and was a pleasure to work with.

I called on Sunday and was expecting to set up an appointment during the week. Much to my surprise I was able to get a same day appointment. The contractor had all of the materials needed to fix the garage door so I let him do the work. The garage has worked like a charm ever since. The contractor was very professional and pleasant. I would hire them again! I did not shop around so I do not know how the price compares with those of other contractors.

Ken inspected our garage door opener since it was not functioning properly and found the quick fix that was actually an error made by myself. He gave me pragmatic advice about replacing vs. repairing. We are likely going to defer replacing our door, per his suggestion, but we will definitely use these guys when the time comes. Since I know nothing about garage doors or openers, he could have easily persuaded me to replace the door and the opener. Ken suggested that it would need it eventually but it's not worth replacing it until it has a bigger problem than what we had.
