We contracted Champion Windows today for multiple window replacement. Today we met with Matthew "Tyler" Farrier to review our needs and get a quote. Tyler was very personable while also being extremely knowledgeable about the windows and the Champion Windows company. He was very patient with our questions and the time we needed to come to a decision. The detailed descriptions of the process as well as demonstrations on how these Windows look and function to save you money was so helpful. Tyler helped us find what would fit into our budget as retirees. Well worth the time spent. Highly recommend calling Champion for a quote and if you get Tyler as a representative that's an additional plus!

Had a great experience with Champion from purchase to installation, which was only about 4-5 weeks in total. Replaced four upstairs windows in our home and couldn't be happier with them. We live near a main road with a lot of traffic, and the noise level has dropped dramatically - not to mention it seems to be holding the heat WAY better than before. Looking forward to getting more of ours replaced!

Ordered ten new Champion 365 windows for front of house. I personally think we overpaid but the windows are nice. One window would not stay up. You would think they would inspect all the windows before they leave the factory. The salesman told us these windows were much better than their competitors and the most energy efficient. After the install I called the salesman and asked for a energy number so I could use the info to file my taxes in 2026. Salesman said oh our windows don't qualify for the energy credit. I have used Champion in the past but don't know if I will use them going forward for my next project. Installation team were top notch.

We had a terrible customer experience. It took a full year and four--yes FOUR--tries to get it right. The first try was a defective door improperly installed. Then, over a period of another 9 months, two other doors were defectively manufactured. Twice they told us the door would be ready in three months. Twice it was not. Both of those times (keeping in mind that these were the second and third tries), we were told THE DAY THE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED that it would be another three months. Finally, the FOURTH DOOR, installed ONE YEAR after we purchased and paid for it was installed. And they offered no compensation. In fact, Jordan Deeb denied compensation for the breach of the purchase agreement.

The Sales Rep quoted $60,000.00 for seven 3-three-pane windows and one wall of a balcony enclosure. I was told this was before the discount. The discount dropped the price to $43,000.00, then dropped to $34,000.00 when I told the Sales Rep I wasn’t spending that amount. I told the Sales Rep I have another bid and the price dropped to $20,000.00, $12,000.00 was for windows, $8,000.00 for the enclosure. I agreed to pay this amount since I thought I was paying a premium for quality 3-pane windows. I signed the agreement on 11/15/24. The project was completed on 11/3/25. I have 3 pages of notes documenting issues and phone calls to customer service since the March 2025 installation. I had minor issues with the enclosure, but major issues with the windows. I opened a window after it rained and water ran across the windowsill, down the wall, and to the floor. I checked to see if there was a water issue with other windows and found a 2" crack on one of the frames. I also found a window with a scratch in the glass. All frames had to be replaced due to the crack and because the weep holes were drilled too high. The tie latches on some of the replacement frames were too tight. I could only open the windows about 2 inches. I spoke to a customer service rep who told me the tie latch issue would be fixed when the scratched window is replaced. I told her this was unacceptable since this was 7 weeks out and asked to speak to a supervisor. I never heard from anyone. The scratched window was replaced by a 2-pane window, which was replaced by a window with a fingerprint between panes, which was replaced on 11/3/25. I paid a premium for poor quality, bad customer service, and to manufacture/install all frames twice and a window four times.

A return customer for window replacement at new home. Sales process had issues. Installation Service was excellent. Misaligned Bay Window caused crack in sash pane. Reported in February and still shows currently August for building replacement sash. Warranty is terrible.

Sat through in-house visit, which included identifying the job specs. After a month or so of negotiating, agreed to price and secured financing through Champion. Champion then advised they had agreed to the price based off of their use of incorrect specs and would not honor the contact unless I paid an additional $1,000.00.

DO NOT contract with Champion. Save yourselves at all cost, literally. TLDR: It took Champion 47 weeks and 4 doors to deliver the correct, unblemished door that I ordered and now, they will not do anything to resolve the issues that were entirely due to their own mistakes. I ordered a door on 9/18/23. The wrong model was delivered on 11/28. I contacted Camille Saleh, the sales manager who sold me the door. He said he input the wrong model number & initiated a new door order. I had concerns about quality as I saw visible defects w/ the door. Mr. Saleh never responded. I contacted Champion & expressed my concern for quality issues. They said there wouldn’t be any quality issues. On 2/19 I received a door w/ visible defects. I called & spoke to Amanda Hillsmans. She indicated a new door would be ordered. On 6/11 the 3rd door was delivered. The door, was the wrong style. I called on 6/11 & was connected w/ Ms. Hillsmans. She ordered another door. I expressed frustration as I had taken off 4 days of work & would have to take a 5th day to receive another door. Ms. Hillsmans said they would offer me a Saturday delivery. I felt this wasn’t a reasonable resolution. I explained that I was expecting a refund as Champion has not delivered on the product that I ordered. I was told Champion does not offer refunds & is in fact losing money remaking the door. The only reason Champion has lost money on remakes is due entirely to their mistakes. I’ve lost time & money taking off work. I asked to speak to a manager above Ms. Hillsmans as I felt she wasn’t able to help me & her comment that Champion is losing money remaking the door was inappropriate. She said she would ask a manager to contact me within 48hrs. I wasn’t contacted. I called on 6/17 & reached Ms. Hillsmans. Again, she stated she would email a manager to ask that I be contacted. I didn't hear from anyone. I tried to call directly on 6/20 but her voicemail was full. I called on Monday the 24th & Ms. Hillsmans was finally able to connect me w/ a manager, Tyler. He said that Champion "stands by their product" & will deliver the door. He said champion doesn’t offer “refunds or compensation.” The only thing Tyler said he could do was to offer a Saturday installation, which doesn’t resolve anything. He said Champion offers a lifetime warranty on products, but I’m not invoking the warranty. I hadn’t yet received the door that would stay on my house for which I might need to invoke a warranty. What good is a warranty on a product that hasn’t been delivered? As a result of my conversations w/ Ms. Hillsmans & Tyler, I filed a BBB consumer complaint & Ohio Attorney General consumer complaint. I received a call in late July that the 4th door was ready for installation in August. The rep who called did not offer a Saturday delivery. The door was delivered & installed on 8/13, 47 weeks after I ordered the door. Once installed, one of the techs indicated that there was a balance to be paid. I let him know that I was not intending to make that payment as I’ve been trying to reach a resolution w/ Champion. He stated that there was a note in his paperwork not to leave my residence without payment. If there was a problem, the note said to contact Tyler or kk. The tech let Tyler know that I didn’t plan on paying the remaining balance. Tyler indicated to the technician that he would contact me directly. It has been three weeks & I haven’t heard from him. In the meantime, I received an email asking for my feedback. I am appalled at the service I have received. Communication has all been at my urging/insistence. Champion has done absolutely nothing to right the mistakes that were entirely on their part. The contract that was set by Champion promised a door to be delivered in 14-16 weeks. It took 47. Champion is in breach of contract. No one has reached out to me to offer any form of resolution. I am left to consider my options to recoup the time & money I have lost dealing w/ poor customer & quality service that Champion.

I could write this review based on the quality of the product, and how pleased we are with the way the siding looks on our home. However, the highest compliment I can pay the folks at Champion would be to say they are a principle centered company. I would use words like trustworthy, integrity, responsive, and willing to do what is right based on the situation. Our experience started with the Sales Manager, Camille, and continued with the accounting manager, Chris, the install manager, Dan, and the install crew led by Louis. It was truly a pleasure doing business with such a company in this day and age. We will use Champion again for future home projects, and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this review.

There have been multiple errors in measuring, getting my order correct, and getting my windows built. When my windows were finally ready, on the day of the install noone showed up. I received a call3 hours after the install time telling me that you were trying to find an installer. You did not uphold the promise the salesperson gave us and your customer service is horrible. I would never ever recommend your company and if I could I would get my money back and cancel the loan agreement I would do it in a heartbeat and go with one of your competitors. Robert Shelton

Supply chain issues delayed the back door for about three months, the weather, and necessary house repairs (noted by install team), delayed for another month. They sent one of their expert installers to deal with the 1930 bungalow that had warped. He did an outstanding job fitting the back door. We painted around the door to match a new deck, which came later. Like the earlier crew, they cleaned up well too. My first set of windows were about $6,500. and well worth the investment. I took the exploding zero-percent loan and paid it off before it blew up.

Terrible, signed contracts in July 2021, for over $43,000 of windows and doors with estimate of 9 to 10 weeks. By November with no contact I started calling. Part of install then happened in December, 5 wrong windows, one missing and grand entrance front door missing. Starting late January 2022 I started calling. Still not complete and I have been working diligently the last 4 weeks to get resolve. No call backs. It is like I don't exist. I am relocating for work and need to sell my home. I guess I can tell potential buyers to expect same poor treatment, and Champion Windows and door will finish the job whenever they feel like it. I paid for over half.

Horrible experience. The contract I signed was for over $12K. Champion was to install 9 WORKING windows and 1 storm door. One of the windows they installed did not lock properly. They sent a technician who agreed. He tried to fix it, banged it around a bit. He couldn't fix it, had to come back out. After he left, we saw a small crack in the center of the window. When he came back out to fix the initial issue, we pointed out the crack and he agreed that a replacement was required. He put in the order on Oct 29, 2021. As of the date of this review, I still have not received the replacement window. Champion made no effort to contact me to tell me what was going on. I've had to contact them several times. They kept saying it would take 20 weeks (from that Oct 29 date) to get the window and they even said early-April. Clearly, they have trouble with math because 20 weeks from Oct 29 is Mar 18. When it rains, water pours in through the faulty window. When I asked Champion about that, they told me to tape it... over $12K spent and they tell me to "tape it". Really??? When the technician was at the house to repair the window, he mentioned how quickly the initial install happened. He then said Champion does that. They put new service at the top of the priority list. Meaning, any replacements or warranty claims get pushed to the far bottom, leaving us waiting endlessly. Champion is a horrible company. Their windows are horrible. And apparently, they don't care. Go somewhere else. There are better companies out there with better products.
