If we could give them zero stars on this survey, we would. Their sales team took no responsibility for the wrong window and slider that were ordered. The installers didn't take time to tape, caulk, or connect the flashing correctly so we have had water leaks, condensation on the window and slider, and the type of window that we told the salesman that we wanted wasn't installed. We have called numerous times to get all of this resolved and they refuse to make it right. DO NOT USE THEM!

Our windows came earlier than expected, Champion was out a few days later to install. The installers came in and within one day our widows were installed, a very easy process.

Installation took them the whole day job was completed only real complaint is they could have done a better job on the clean up around the house

I like another reviewer would have given it zero stars. 10 months and we finally seen the end of them coming back to fix mistakes ?I THINK!!!! make sure you really research before considering Champion. Installation was horrible, they damaged the woodwork inside the house, put un paintable caulking around on the inside, so it was difficult to touch up, 10 screens had to be replaced after the installation because they ripped them or poke holes in them.. They finally assigned us a service tech that was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job so if I could review him alone, he would get five stars. I feel bad he works for a company like this. The one that runs the local office here is useless instead of trying to listen and help, he is very defensive.

Our sales person Spencer was Amazing, he went out of his way to explain everything, The person who called to set up installation was rude and lied to us we were getting a 12 foot slider installed and we asked if we could have Champion installers install it he said they do not have their own installers they only have sub contractors so when I said I know who not to buy my windows through he said that's up to you so I called Spencer and he said that is not true they do have in house installers and he would get back to me..so Gabe and Tyler show up to install our door and I have to tell you those two boys did a Amazing job, The door was too small but they found a way and made sure we were happy with everything they did and when we get windows we will request them to install them and I suggest anyone reading this to also request Gabe and Tyler they are great at what they do.

This company has several communication issues. First I had an appt for my door to be measured at 10 am. On the day of the appointment, I received a text at 930 and an email that my appt was now between Noon and 4pm. I decided I would run some errands and when went to leave the contractor was here at 10:00 to measure the door as originally scheduled. I told him that they had notified me of the change but they Never told him. He didn't remove the trim from around the door to measure properly because when the installer showed up months later with the new door and after removing the trim around the door and rechecking, he told me that the door he brought was too short. I had told and showed the salesman that the door I was replacing had extra trim inside the opening and the salesman assurred me that the new door would eliminate this, but the door that was incorrectly measured would still require this extra trim because the saleman Never mentioned this to the representative who took the measurements. The installer apologized and remeasured the door correctly and I had to wait sever weeks for Champion to remake my door and take another day off from work and of course they don't offer any form of compensation to their customers for their own mistakes, just Sorry for the inconvenience. The door was Finally installed yesterday and thankfully I had the same installer who had remeasured the door correctly and he did a Great job. Today I received both a text and an email informing me that my door had been received by my local office and I would soon be contacted to schedule an installation appointment, remember this is After my door had already been installed. I called four different phone numbers to speak to someone and after holding for almost 30 min, I left my call back number. Then coincidently I received an email asking me how I liked my experience with Champion, and that I should leave a review. These doors are not cheap, mine was $15,000, but with the measuring mistakes and the costs of sending the installer here twice with his truck (85 miles away) I can now see why their prices are much higher than local home improvement stores including the cost of installation. My neighbors really like my new front door but agreed that a company this big should have better communication with their customers. The pictures are of the trim on my old door which the first door would still have required because either the salesman didn't mention this to the person measuring or he just didn't measure properly to eliminate the need for this excess trim, but either one is a fail.

Had a sunroom removed and a new 4 season one installed. Installation and demo went exactly as explained before the project was started. One salesperson, one project engineer and one contract reviewed the project prior to the start. All went well. Service and all individuals we met with were very easy to work with. Susan H.

It took them over 2 years to actually build the sun room instead of estimated time of 3 months. Several things was faulty and they did not ever fix the problem. We already reported them to the better business bureau.

This is a review on behalf of my mom. She had storm damage from straight line winds back in 2021, she called champion and they sent someone out to give an estimate. He (Blake) seemed friendly and professional. It took awhile to assemble a crew but they finally got working in the beginning of December of 2021. Fast forward to July of 2022, her house is STILL NOT FINISHED! The leader of the crew was from northern Michigan, really nice guy until he literally stopped answering calls after Christmas to finish the job. He told my mom he had no way to get back to Battle Creek and couldn’t help her. Unfortunately, my mom paid them in total for the job. She called Blake numerous times. He would give her every excuse in the book on when they would come back out to finish the siding and put her gutters back up. Dates that were promised would pass and he just stopped answering all of her phone calls. In May 2022, my mom calls champion and decides to speak to someone in sales because OF COURSE they are still selling, even though “they have no crews.” She speaks to the dispatcher who then relayed her message to a man who has a NC phone number. My mom has spoken to him twice about the issue and he has told her twice that he does not have a crew, no one wants to work, and that he doesn’t think anyone will be at her house until after Christmas this year! I do not know what kind of company champion is claiming to be but it is not an honest one! They have all of my mom‘s money and I feel that they have no intention of completing the job. We are now having to go out to different companies to see if we can get an estimate for someone to put her gutters back up, as a significant amount of rain could ruin her foundation. If you were considering going with champion windows, I beg you to reconsider. The excuse that no one wants to work is not a good excuse. I know times are hard but we paid you for a job that has not been completed, you are still selling your service so finish your jobs!!!!

They prey on senior citizens. My deposit money of $11,000 was stolen. Job supposed to happen in September. Company unresponsive. It’s almost 2022. Nothing. Asked for a refund and was responded to immediately - $300! Con artists!

Very happy

Very well for the most part. The windows look nice, the installers were very professional, out only complaint was the miscommunication between our sales person. We had decided to change our order before it was ever placed, but unfortunately the salesman did not make those changes. Luckily when the installer came to make the official measurements he caught the errors through our conversation and had another representative from the company call us promptly the next day to make sure everything was exact prior to the official order being placed. If our installer hadn't of caught this we would have been stuck with the windows.

Job was performed on time, no problems. Were careful of bushes & plants below when removing old roof. One yard light was broken accidentally, and they went out and bought one to replace it. In the past we also had a 3-season porch added to our home on our deck by Champion. We had 2 skylights put in the 3-season, so our house wouldn't be so dark and when one sprung a leak after many (10) yrs. they came out removed the calking and re-calked it. Also when birds have flown into the screens making slight puncture marks, they re-screened them. No added cost to us.

Great! The company was easy to work with from sales rep to installers. We intend to get new [3] doors in the spring.

Their service was great. It was very good they came out they did very professional job and explained what they going to do and what their product could do they were very good about explaining how their warranties work and how the workmanship would handled and the people that came out to do the installation were very professional did not send any excessive time they came in started the project completed the project and just the experience was overall very very good.
