3-5 New Window Installation
This was a terrible experience! The trim around the windows were removed and the replaced with unstained wood that looked terrible. I was told by the company to stain them myself. After a lot of back and forth they finally sent out an individual to replace the trim around my windows. I have more windows to replace but will not be using champion windows after this experience!

3-5 New Window Installation
Terrible experience. High pressure sale. Local ?showroom? was a rundown warehouse that was locked during business hours. Installers damaged a screen and employees brought the screen back twice with box knife cuts in it. Installers broke the plastic frame on at least one window during installation. Windows would only raise 6? due to improperly installed stops from the factory and had to be modified post installation. Quality control is terrible. Price doesn?t match the quality and customer experience.

New Windows Service
This crew was outstanding. They arrived on the coldest, snowiest day in recent Kansas history. They worked relentlessly and with exceptional skill. I had 13 replacements and could not be happier. I'd definitely recommend this crew, and this company very highly. Not only did this install go perfectly, the Champion window product is also without equal in quality and appearance.

They did a lousy job. Window isn't level, left a big sheetrock job for me on the interior and made the replacement window too small so now my blinds won't work!

Had siding installed 2 years ago. Siding looks great, but they reinstalled light fixtures incorrectly. After delaying repair they now say it wasn’t their responsibility to do light fixtures even though their crew removed and reinstalled. They are now saying there’s no record of my complaints and that problems were caused by storm damage, even though their inspector said they were installed incorrectly and some of them, I have 5 exterior light fixtures, are only being held on by the siding. Champion brags about its warranty making the higher prices they charge worth it, just don’t expect them to follow through. They are worse than dealing with a lawyer as far as double talk and loop holes. I could have got the job done for 1/2 what champion charge and I now see I should have gone that route as their warranty appears to be worthless!

Very happy with the product and the work done by the 3 crews who completed siding/windows and guttering. I would give an A for the rating but am still waiting on some communication from the Wichita office regarding one of the windows which was scratched upon delivery. Again..very happy with the diamondkote siding and champion windows!

They didn't clean the sticky stuff off of the windows. Didn't exactly explain how to clean the windows from the inside.

This was our second time using the company, and it was a good experience as usual. The installers arrived on time, were friendly and courteous, and did a great job of keeping everything clean while they worked. They also did a quality job with the installation, and the windows come with a lifetime warranty.

We are very pleased with the whole process, from the initial appointment for the estimate/ordering and the follow up appointment for precision measurement, to the actual installation of the new windows. We had 17 windows reconfigured and replaced; they look great and make a huge difference.

Installed a glass patio door that has a built in dog door. I love my new door. Very energy efficient and my dogs can now go in and out as they please.
