Nick and Pete came out, and their estimate was much lower than the others we received. Pete came out and got to work, even working on Saturday to complete the project! Our brand new shower is beautiful and functional. We’re very happy with this project, and plan on working with them in the future. Thanks!

Nick and his team did an excellent job remodeling our very dated basement and doing several other smaller projects. The price was definitely reasonable. We appreciated the quality of the work as well as the willingness to work with us to provide exactly what we wanted done. The communication during all of the projects was great. We would definitely hire them again for other projects

My hunch is that they are a decent and ethical company. I think they'll stand behind their warranty, etc., but they completely fell on their face on this project. We had inexperienced and unsupervised workers in our house for the majority of the project. The quality and attention to detail was incredibly poor. The project drug out for weeks longer than it needed to because there was no supervision, no quality control, no coordination, and almost no attention to detail. We should have known there was a problem when the demolition took twice as long as it should have. The unsupervised employees would show up late in the morning and leave early in the afternoon. They were using a rotary hammer with a 1.5" blade (picture cleaning your floor with a toothbrush) to remove the grout under our tile. There was also a complete lack of dust control. I remember coming home one particular day and being absolutely shocked that after an entire day of work only 15 square feet of grout had been removed. Every time my wife or I would come home they were in our garage (smoking or on their phones). After the demolition was done they put our island back in the kitchen. When my wife and I went to move the island, the countertop ripped off and made huge holes in the particle board. After some investigation I realized self-tapping sheet metal screws were used to install our countertop. We also discovered that during the demolition they broke our Kohler toilet and scratched our dishwasher. Below are pictures of our trim in our house when it was "done" the first time. Much of the trim was spackled and never sanded. Damaged trim was placed on our walls, never repaired, and simply painted over. Keep in mind these are pictures of brand new trim, cut, installed and painted by Changes Unlimited. We thought the project was going ok, until I put my light fixtures back in and saw the work with proper lighting. The complete lack of effort was shocking to me. There were so many areas that were never even painted. Not all of the work was bad. I would give them an A on the painting of our walls and the exterior trim work was high quality (done by Jake). That was the only work on our house that was given the time, attention, and supervision necessary and it shows. In the end they never painted some of the trim they put up, which was in my closets (again complete lack of quality control or attention to detail). They argued that it was painted. Pictures attached where you can see un-sanded and unpainted trim (it's only been primed and spackled. It still needed sanded and painted). I was offered a $100 credit, no apology, in exchange for final payment. Happy to be done. I'll just finish the work myself.

They did excellent work and it was professional job. He explained the process in detail. He covered the area and floor with plastic to keep floors clean. He took his time but did very nice job. Highly recommend.

Jake does an excellent job and his pricing is outstanding. We have had his company for several projects and each and every one is done above and beyond. They are the nicest people and very ethical and honest. We will continue to use Jake and his crew whenever we have any project to complete. Jake designed the finishing of our skylight and we love it

I gave him a certain time frame, and they got it done right on the money. They were also reasonably priced.

Always prompt and considerate about calling back. I could call him at anytime and he'd be there willing to help. Worked in a timely manner, even finished before the estimated completion date.

They did an excellent job. The floor looks perfect. The lines are perfectly straight. They also found that my dishwasher was still leaking. They went above and beyond.

Outstanding. Nick stopped by ahead of time to assess our situation. He sat down with us and explained exactly what they would be doing. Their price was more than fair and lower than the other two quotes we received. The workers were professional and courteous and respectful of my space. I work from home, and they were very respectful when I would have calls. The end result was beautiful. They made the ceilings all flush where the load bearing walls were - something neither of the other two places offered or even seemed to know how to do. They even came back after we painted and installed all of my new light fixtures for me. And, Nick stopped by later to see the house completed. We will be using them anytime we have a need for a contractor. Knowledgeable, fair, and good, quality work. Also, the guys are great singers. :)

Excellent. My wife and I are so pleased with their work ethic, attention to detail, and the price, we have already contracted them to do a total window replacement in our home. Nick (one of the foremen) is easy to work with and a man of his word.

Although they needed to reschedule a couple of times, the experience was great and I'm happy with the professional result and clean up.

Very wall, Jake and his crew were amazing to work with. After leaving the exterior wall looked way better than it did prior to beginning the work. Jake takes high point of pride in all of his work.

This is the second time Jake has come out to the house this time for roof issues and once again he did an awesome job troubleshooting and repairing my roof . My roof issues are a result from bad workmanship when it was installed by someone else but Jake explained the issues and again made sure the problem was taken care of. These guys are professional and knowledgeable on every level and I will not have anyone else work on my home from a repair to a remodel. Shout out to Changes Unlimited!

<p>Changes Unlimited did a great job redoing our shower and installing new tile on and around the shower floor.  Jake was very responsive, came out quickly, and provided us with an estimate right away.  Jake had Nick perform the actual remodel and installation.  Nick was a true professional.  He did good work and always kept us inform on what was going on and his next steps.  We were very pleased with the services provided and would definitely use them again.</p>

My home is on a crawl space so when Chris, Mike And Jake got there they had to disconnect plumbing from water heater and softner then remove water softner to get to the rotted floor. Once floor was removed they noticed that some venting that went to the furnace had become unattached probably due to the rotten floor. They reconnected the venting to the furnace, reinforced the floor joists, put new flooring and linoleum. Had to re-plum the water heater, put the water softner back and re-plum it. These guys did an AWESOME job, they made a horrible mess look brand new it looks and works great. This was an all day job these guys worked really hard knew what they were doing and got the job done. I would not hesitate to hire Chris and his crew from Changes Unlimited for any remodel or repair I have in the future, they can do anything! Professional, experienced and excellent quality of work, Chris will be go to Contractor from now on. <br />
