"all shelves don’t come in finished wood in the length of shelves you wanted was 12 feet of shelves with it being so long of shelves it needed to be 2 inch customer was there for the entire job was getting done We showed her all the material before we started installing and customer knew the price before we started customer also said that the job looks good before we left I clearly don’t know how that changed and she got upset when when we told her about the taxes added don’t know what company doesn’t charge taxes"
