Zero Stars! Eric Chapman will not return our deposit & we have had to file a report with the Alpharetta Police Dept for Theft by Deception as well as Small Claims Court. Do not trust this man! We hired Eric Chapman for our kitchen remodel & as soon as he took our $3600 dollar deposit, he started making excuses & not answering our calls. After 6 weeks of him avoiding us, we cancelled the contract & demanded our money back. All we've gotten were more excuses & now we have no choice but to take him to court. This man is completely unprofessional & should not be in business!

I was referred to Chapman Cabinets via Angies List. After leaving a message in reference to a kitchen project, I was contacted very shortly after. I mentioned that I had gotten their info from Angies List and described the work I would need to have done. After speaking with Eric and sending pictures and other information, I was given a very reasonable quote with a description of exactly what that quote entailed. Upon agreement, I was asked for the address so that Eric could schedule the work. Not knowing where they were located, I thought nothing of the location details, but as it turns out, my address happened to be five and half hours away from where Chapman Cabinets is! I received a call from Eric, who explained that despite the 5.5 hrs it would take for him to get to this job site, he was going to honor the quote anyways! He mentioned that he probably should have looked closer at the addresses, but since we had made an agreement, he intended to meet his commitment! I find that very commendable and don't see enough of that in business these days. Despite some hold-ups due to Corona related delays, I would highly recommend Chapman Cabinets of Georgia, regardless of where you live! The work was completed as described and the quality is excellent!

I absolutely love my new cabinets! I get so many compliments on them. Chapman exceeded my expectations and when the work was completed, I could not believe how beautiful they were!! I would recommend his company and will use him again in the future!

Mr. Chapman provided and installed some beautiful custom cabinetry for a bar area and a kitchenette area in our basement remodel. The cabinets are top grade and beautiful craftsmanship. Mr. Chapman listened to our needs and provided us with several options, from styles to colors, and created beautiful cabinets that have become the focal points of our basement.

they did an excellent work, it was a great job, the crew was very good as well. they finished the work on time, and It was a fair price.

I am very well please with the quality of work from Chapman Cabinets of Ga. I have used them several times over the years and have never had an issue. They were very timely on all my projects. The quality is amazing and I get a lot of compliments. I would recommend for any woodwork that needs to be done!

It has been the worst experience of our lives. The owner has mastered the art of making commitments and not following through. To date we have had 13 no shows after a commitment was made. Project was signed and approved in April 2018 and as of today, October 6th, 2018 only about 10% of the job has been completed. Unfortunately, we agreed to a 50% down payment upfront. All we typically hear is excuses with very little, if any, follow through. I would not recommend this contractor to my enemy. It would appear to me that he either has a cash flow problem or no ability to finish the project.
