Levels (one, two & three) with video recording options available at an extra charge. *Only HEPA filter vacuums *. *Fully licensed and insured, passed Home Advisor's Background check and active member of Angie's List and the BBB. *All work is 100% satisfaction guarantee with different levels of warranties. * Payment is expected at the end of the service. If you need to make other payment arrangements, make sure that it is approved before we come out to do the job. Down payments are requested for jobs where product has to be ordered. If job is cancelled after product is ordered, there is a restocking fee that will be deducted from your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS

These guys are wonderful! Responded right away, booked an appointment for two days later. Arrived promptly and called beforehand. Very clean, no mess, explained everything, and made a recommendation for a future enhancement. I wish they could fix everything in my house--I would absolutely hire them.

They took time to inspect chimney, roof area near chimney and attic. Very professional and his recommendations were consistent with contractor who I had give a recommendation. Took time to explain all options and offer choices and info on converting to electric as lowest cost option. Very honest and professional. Will definitely use this company for installation of damper. Called on his way in route and arrived on time. Was very pleased with the service.

The customer service was great from the scheduling via phone to the guys who showed up. There was an issue that needed to be repaired prior to converting the gas fireplace to a wood one. They had the part shipped and repaired in the next two days. Absolutely no issues, great communication, and the product works great! Also, cheaper than the first 2 places I called.

Was told there were some issues with the fire place and that I would get a call from someone to walk me through it. Never heard back. Also, sediment was still on flute and fell to base of fire place house after the job was completed.

"I'm sorry [Member Name Removed] you were not at the house when the cleaning was done. We got there to do the cleaning and you had a massive amount of creosote buildup inside the chimney flue, due to years and years of wood burning use without it being cleaned. You had numerous water issues and those water issues had cause safety issues on the flue lining system. The technician called you while he was there. The owner, Steve, called you twice days after to let you know about the condition of your chimney system. Before any gas logs should've been put in, a stage 2 and stage 3 creosote spray should've been applied. It is very common for us to get a C or below, when people aren't there on the day and time of appointment. You figure with it not being cleaned in 10 plus years that you could spare some of your time to be available for the appointment instead of sparing the time giving a bad review."

The representative inspected my chimney cap, and explained the problems to us and suggested a replacement cap. He provided an estimate and we agreed to have our cap replaced. He measured our chimney and ordered the replacement. It was installed promptly.

DEVIN CAME OUT TO INSPECT AND SHOWED US PIX OF THE 30 YEARS OF DAMAGED TO BOTH CHIMNEYS SO WE KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT. THE WORK TOOK 2 DAYS. HE AND CASEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. CALLED WHEN ON THEIR WAY. CLEAN UP WAS DONE AND WE HAD A COMPLETE LIST OF REPAIRS BEFORE THEY LEFT.

serviceman declared chimneys unsafe due to deteriorating brickwork. promised to send a cost estimate but never got one.

"I'm sorry if it was unclear. You purchased a online inspection for one fireplace. We schedule the appointment for the inspection on the day you ask for. Showed up on time to find 2 fireplaces and a furnace all sharing the same deteriorated chimney. This chimney is on a 12/12 roof pitch or a A frame build. Both fireplaces need new lining systems and the hot water heater and furnace need liners too. Being that 40 foot liner kits are needed and the roof pitch, on the day of the appointment we told you that it was out of our scope of work at this time. We told you that you could get a refund but we couldn't give it to you, that you would have to go back to how you purchased it online and Angie's list would issue it from there. I'm sorry again, with the age of your chimney I sure hope you don't let just anyone work on it. Please let me know if I can help in any way. Thanks Steve"

Devon and Casey were great, came out and took some measurements and were back within a few days to put the caps on. Unfortunately, the measurements were a bit off for one of the caps and they had to remanufacture it before they could install it. The guys were really awesome and came out on a Saturday so that the cap was installed before Tropical Storm Irma came through. They also took pictures of the installation so that I could see the work they did. Unfortunately for me, I found a few leaks along the chimney, post storm and at first I was concerned that maybe the flashing was damaged during the pan installation. Steve and the guys listen to my concerns and came back out to reinspect everything, which I really appreciated. They were completely willing to step up and take responsibility. Bad news for me was that the flashing wasn't properly sealed around the metal roof, Good news for them was that they did everything right. I would totally recommend these guys and if I have any more chimney needs, they'll be the first I call.
