I couldn’t be more pleased With Ms. Charity and her services! I scheduled to have a deep cleaning of my home. Ms.Charity has my home looking and feeling the cleanest it’s ever been. She cleans the ceiling fans, baseboards, doors, walls everything! This is just the reset my home needed for the start of this new year. Ms. Charity and her team were very respectful and trustworthy. My daughter unknowingly left money out in her room and Ms. Charity made me aware of it and put it up for her!!! These are the type of people you want to have at your home. I’m so pleased with my service and we already booked our next cleaning date. I would feel very comfortable referring Ms. Charity to my friends and family in the future. Thanks again!!!

Amazing job fine to get the house a deep clean and ready to be listed. Was incredibly happy with all the attention to detail and how much better everything felt once the cleaning was done.

She is the best cleaning service we have had since we returned from overseas. On her first visit, she called an hour before to ensure we were ready. She then showed up promptly and worked through the entire house without a break. On her second visit, she called and asked if we could use her a day earlier at the same time, and we agreed. Again, she was punctual and professional.

Very professional and great service

Well first off I was overcharged for the work that was done. I was quoted $75./hr. She arrived at 9:30 am and finished at 5:30 pm that's 8 hrs of deep cleaning and was charged $800. By my math that's $600. And on top of it the worker took a 1 hour break during the 8hrs of work. To which none of the furniture was moved and cleaned under. The large rug and sectional were untouched. The mirrors thur out my house were left hazy. The clean chemicals they used i was not a fan of. The baseboards were cleaned very good. I will say on a positive note. But the being over charged part was the worst. I don't think I will use this company again. Way too expensive for what you get.

My house was a total war zone because I am mostly unable to clean due to a disability. Charity did a very thorough job, performed her job in a professional manner, and was quite personable. She charged on the higher end of the national average scale that I researched, but was within the range. But given the quality of her work, she is worth every penny. If you want a dependable vehicle you don't settle for a clunker. Charity is definitely not a clunker. I highly recommend her services to others and I will continue to use her service in the future!
