My advice after this experience: get everything in writing and sign a detailed contract before any work begins. I hired this contractor for a patio extension, sprinkler relocation, and construction of a decorative wall. What should have been a straightforward project turned into weeks of frustration, repeated complaints, and additional expenses that I now have to incur to correct problems left behind. Throughout the project, I repeatedly raised concerns regarding drainage, irrigation performance, grading, and restoration of my yard. Detailed text messages outlining these concerns were often ignored, partially addressed, or dismissed. As concerns continued to be raised, I was presented with charges that did not match amounts previously discussed. When I disputed those charges and attempted to reach a reasonable resolution, the response was a demand for payment along with threats of a lawsuit and a lien.

Charles did excellent work for me. He was professional, detail-oriented, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

It is a great experience, the reason because he communicated what to be done. He let us know what is the process and did what he said that it works. He work on the entire irrigation here. He work on water irrigation to where our plants will not die this summer. It was a lawn company responsibility, they're not doing it and our plants were dying. He has good price, I think its very reasonable.
