Excellent. Carlos and I quickly agreed on a price that was a bit more than what I had hoped. After that, he was a dream contractor: he’s a perfectionist and wouldn’t quit until everything was perfect. He was very careful about not making a mess when cutting the old wall: he erected a tent of plastic sheets to contain any dust & vacuumed up afterward. He and his assistant Raul did a very careful job on the painting.

Painters arrived and immediately started work. Carlos was very responsive to me right from the beginning and scheduled the work around my calendar. This was a large project and I actually thought that I may have to pay for additional hours, but the guys were quite proficient. There are a couple of flaws that I didn't see until a day or so later, but I can work with this. Will use again if more work is required.

Mixed results. Very slow motion on a job that was paid by the day (8 hours). Raul was fine. He seemed to be focused and painting most of the time. The second guy was a waste of time and money. Slow and lazy and spent the first day talking on his phone via bluetooth the whole time. Did not even bother to take off outlet covers- just painted around in bathroom. Never saw anyone walk or move so slow. It hurt to watch. Also , I did NOT want ceilings painted, but both painted them regardless, ruining the bright white paint finish with the dull neutral. With this being a 'per day' pricing, too many hours wasted painting ceilings that were not to be painted. Likewise- patches of paint appeared on kitchen walls today, despite kitchen walls NOT to be painted. Now the kitchen has to be painted to cover their mistake. The quality of painting is fine. It is just a problem to deal with the productivity and the costly errors that they caused. Owner, Carlos, would call and check to see if I needed them for another day, but after two days, I give up. Carlos is fine- he tries to be responsive and helpful, but his crew is not worth it. NOTE: Original deal was $500 for the 16 hours of painting. Second day was $600. Paint was the balance. When I asked about productivity prior to purchasing, I was told they could paint four or five rooms in a day. This was the pace that I had in another house less than a month ago. Far from the case. Barely did small master (12x14) and 8x10 third bedroom and stairs in one day and did not finish powder, full bath or living room the second day. Wasted time painting ceilings and talking on the phone.

I was really pleased with this contractor. The owner, Carlos, responded quickly to my request to claim a deal he was offering for the dreaded task of removing wallpaper. We set up an appointment and he arrived at the scheduled time with his worker, Jay, who worked his tail off by himself removing that paper in a large master bedroom. Considering the condition of the wall underneath the wallpaper, I thought Jay did a tremendous job with the removal. He asked me how detailed I wanted/needed the drywall patching to be (of course more detailed equaled more time and money) and I appreciated that he asked. I'm selling the property, so I asked for a happy medium knowing that I could do small touch-ups if necessary. Jay also made sure to tell me that I should buy flat paint to minimize the imperfections and worked worked tirelessly over two days to transform the room. He cleaned up beautifully, and I'm quite happy with the outcome. I even contacted the owner after completion of this job to do additional work.

I contacted Carlos about some work that my husband and I wanted done on the house. Upon meeting him I found him to be very friendly and extremely knowledgeable so I hired him. He and his crew were able to perform the work shortly after our meeting and I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail. The job he did was outstanding. My husband is a pretty picky person and it is usually easier to please me than him but even he was impressed. I would definitely hire him and his crew again for future work.

Everything went good since the begining, they cover and protected all the areas where they were performing their job. They were polite and respectful, they left everything clean at the end of every day. I would recommend them if you want a great and clean job.

Carlos is a great guy. Super flexible with hours that do not impact my day to day business operations. I have multiple office locations and I use him for everyone. No Complaints. I send him message and get set up quickly. Pricing is reasonable. He doesn't try and overcharge like I've seen many do. Highly recommend him.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price and timely completion. We enjoyed great communication throughout the entire job. Carlos is a really nice guy! In fact, we are in the process of re-hiring the crew for a complete interior paint job.

At first, it was a little frustrating when it was a difficult to arrange an appointment because of scheduling conflict. Fortunately, the owner was very flexible. Not only did he work around my schedule when needed, he also gave me a free estimate which let me check competitive prices before adding additional work to my package bought. The owner Carlos is very knowledgeable and the work done was fantastic. Price wise, the job ended up in $7,000 with all the additional work I needed done. He gave me time to look around and it was truly the best price around. Trust his judgement and he won't steer you wrong.

They arrived when they said they would, did the work in the timeframe they said they would, and did a great job. Definitely recommend this company.

There was a large hole in my family room ceiling from the plumber pulling down wet drywall to find the leak. They guys from Charles Finishing Service repaired the ceiling drywall and then painted the entire ceiling of the open kitchen and family room.

Good. Had to go out twice for paint. Would have preferred they opened paint first and were more specific about what was recommended or needed. Ceilings were done in both rooms in basic white which was new paint. Walls were completed in both rooms with new paint and trim was done in both rooms with older paint that I had. All rooms painted within the time allotted. The doors and frames and closet doors were not done due to time constraints which was ok.

Carlos did exactly what he told us he would do. He suggested that we should go with pvc to prevent the damage from happening again. Due to weather conditions, the job had to be delayed a day, but, besides that, it was perfect.

From beginning to the end, the experience was great. He showed up on time on every single appointment that we had and was thorough on his explanation of what they would do. We added to the job a couple of minor repairs along the way and Carlos was able and willing to make sure we were happy with the end results.

Carlos was very flexible with my work schedule and was able to provide an estimate as well as a step by step breakdown of the process. We were pleased with his thorough assessment and continued with the process. He came in and was very considerate with my parent's home. He neatly and methodically placed his tools and efficiently worked his way through. When we checked up on him you could tell he was proud of his work as he described what he did and why. He described materials that he uses and how they offer the desired quality. His confidence was reassuring, and seeing the finished project was even more so. I am very happy with this service and I would definitely use it again. If everyone else in this company is like Carlos and his team you have nothing to be worried about. Just in case I will request them for the next job.
