As the job was unfolding, it was discovered the main water line crossed over the sewer line. Thus, the water line had to come out so the sewer could be accessed. The water line was about 4 ft in the ground and the sewer line was about 4 plus feet under it. The price includes replacing both lines. $5,500 for the sewer and $1,400 for the water. The camera video was included in the sewer line price.

Called them for 2 primary reasons: They are extremely well rated on Angie's List, and they're only about 4 miles from our house, making it probable that we could get the drain unclogged fast. They came within 30 minutes, were very professional and fixed the drain quickly. Only issue was the price, which would have been $263 had we not had their 15%-off coupon for first-time Angie's customers. Given that another well-know company in the area used to advertise "$59 to fix any clogged drain", we expected something less than the $223 it cost, However, we're aware that plumbers are expensive, and $59 strikes us as unreasonably cheap, so perhaps the $223 was normal.

I was extremely pleased for the services performed. From the office arranging the service call (next day) to the service technicians (on time), they were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. As with all service calls to a house, it helped that I gave the office detailed information about the trouble and the type of unit (serial numbers, etc.) to be repaired, so the technicians knew right away about the diagnosis and solution. The price was reasonable, considering a service call + parts. These guys are now my go to plumber. It is a small company that delivers professional, personal service, at a reasonable price.

Moon did a great job with everything that needed to be done. They showed up on time for an estimate and then showed up on time to do the work. Workers were very knowledgable and professional in getting the job done right. Pricing - they weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the highest either. But worth the price for the quality of work they performed and the level of difficulty (in my mind) of the job. I will definitely hire them again for anything plumbing related.

Everything went according to plan until they tried to reinstall the shower faucet. The plumber said the "screws broke" and they may not be able to reinstall it. After a few phone calls they managed to install it but with a different handle. That was disappointing. They made a follow-up call. I told them what happened. They said they would get back to me. I have not heard back since. All-in-all good service.

As gross as it was the guys were outstanding. I've never had better help with a problem and felt so at ease with 3 guys in my life! Carl went above and beyond by waiting for the company responsible for the damage and showing them on the 'poop camera' where the problem was. Who does that? Charles Moon did and thanks to them all liability was on the other guy not me and its thousands of dollars and counting! Use them!!! I don't want to need a plumber, but if I do I know who I'm calling!! Thank you Carl!!! Your a rock star!

We called Charles Moon Plumbing on Friday and they were able to schedule us on Tuesday morning (this was not an emergency, so that was very acceptable). Sebastian and Eric arrived early (after calling first) and looked at the situation. They loosened the disposal with the tool, then hit the reset button (which we hadn't thought to look for!) and the disposal worked perfectly. They gave us some tips about using ice cubes and chopped up lemons periodically to keep the blades sharp and the unit smelling better, told us to keep an eye on the unit as there is some rust starting and were on their way with only a service charge. Best of all, they didn't make us feel silly for missing the reset button! We will definitely call them again.

The team from Charles Moon was awesome! The lead plumber, Carl, knew so much about the unit, I thought he might have actually designed it! They took the time to discuss installation options , esp. with my wife and she really appreciated that. Carl even said he'd come back and put the fixtures on if I had problems for no charge! Who does that?! In short, this company is amazing. I will never use anyone else and recommend you use them for your plumbing jobs.

The plumber did a great job. He fixed the toilet and replaced the handle on the second toilet in a timely manner. He was professional and very nice. I would definitely recommend Charles Moon Plumbing.

All went very well. I was concerned because that bathroom had been remodeled just weeks before, including installation of a new tile floor. Moon was very careful not to damage anything and kept everything as clean as possible. They worked quickly and efficiently. They explained why the leak developed and why it was necessary to replace the flange. The final bill was less than the estimate provided.

They were on time. Charles Moon Plumbing & Heating did a good job and they were honest. My interaction with them was very good, they were good. They were more on the expensive side. It was purely based on the cost of their services, I mean I only worked with them once for a short period of time and they were good so I wouldn't say so much about what they could do. I could at least call for an estimate so maybe I would use Charles Moon Plumbing & Heating again in the future.
