Service was adequate for a few months. It appears the company has been going through a rough patch. Calls not returned; appointment not kept. I am writing them today to formally discontinue services. Before reconsidering for hire, I would check to make certain they are back on track.

It was not stellar, but they resolved the issue. I bought it as a gift for my mom. It was supposed to be 4 hours. After 2 hours, she said they were like some high school kids and said they were asking what they should do. My mom vocalized that to them. It was not great, but the customer service was fine because they resolved the issue.

The cleaning specialist was really nice. I was supposed to have 4 hours of cleaning but she only stayed 2.5 hours. I told her that I needed a very deep clean minus my office so she had plenty of time to go really deep. I just finished some renovations so the house was beyond dusty and dirty. I noticed that she didn't move decor items. She just pushed them back. She also didn't clean really well behind moveable furniture or furniture sitting high off the ground. She did the standard cleaning job but I needed a 4 hour deep clean and I did set those expectations. Pretty bummed. <br />

details above. Housekeeper was very good in her work but left with some things belonging to me.. I reported it and the business owner dropped the cost of the work by one hour. I am uneasy about the situation so will have someone else come in the future. <br />

<p>This was a big deal purchase. I was not entirely happy. The woman I spoke with there, I assume it was the owner, was nice, but the person that she sent -- although she told me she was one of their best people -- did not stay the allotted time and did not do a very thorough job. I asked her to do a deep cleaning and unless I, you know, like, stood over her and specified every single thing, she skipped over some places. I asked her to dust, like, ceiling fans and she did that in a couple of rooms, but for the most part, you know, she, like, didn't clean the baseboards. She also did not do a few other things. After she left I noticed that there were a few things that were still not done, you know, like, bugs in corners and things like that she had missed. She was very pleasant and was quite nice. She came out a couple of weeks after I purchased the big deal. If they want people to make a list of every little thing, that would be nice to know ahead of time. They arrived on time, but they left, like, two hours early. </p>

I can't remember how much I paid, but it was for a full house cleaning up to a certain square foot house, which mine was less than that square footage. It turns out, when she came she said it was only for a certain number of hours, maybe 6 or 8, I don't remember. The woman spent a great deal of time outside smoking. When the amount of time was up, she had only reached a few rooms, so they asked me to pay more per hour. I paid for one more hour, but that was it. House was definitely not finished. <br />

Cleanliness was just ok. Some dust left under furniture. Used our vacuum cleaner with a broken belt. She did not check or say anything before or after its use. How effective was the vacuum??
