Mr. Williams was prompt, easy to deal with, professional, gave a fair estimate and used a good quality paint. He and his team did exactly what they said they would do with no last minute surprises. They finished on time and cleaned up afterwards, leaving my home exterior in pristine condition. I would gladly recommend Mr. Williams and his associates and will call him the next time I need anything painted, inside or outside.

"What you did to us was wrong Ms. Gains. I have given it to God!! I did not argue with you, the contract that you have a copy of clearly states that we were painting walls, doors, and trim. After we were 70% completed you realized that the white that you chose & purchased for walls was slightly different from your ceilings, then you came to me and said "I thought the walls mean ceilings " then i said to you "no maam you only wanted walls and trim painted, but i can paint the ceilings for additional cost, if you want us to" Ms Gains. you went on and on about you thought walls meant ceilings?Then i continued fulfilling my contract. The next morning we were coming to complete the work scope, but i woke up to a tx stating that my equipment was out the door. I wont engage in the back and forth. You need to pay me!!"

Charles painted exterior of my house (1604 quail lake Dr. West Columbia, SC, the house directly across street, and gray house just around corner in Blackbird. All three of us were pleased with quality of work, price, honesty, dependability, and speed of projects. I don't know about interior painting, as I haven't seen any of this type work, but I would guess based on other work and his work ethics it would be nicely done. Ben Killian 803794-4548
