Charlie was quick, efficient, and friendly. The work was done in short order and the price was fair. He was here with a helper and they both wore face masks and observed careful social distancing. I would hire Charlie again in a minute!

Showed up late for appointment time set by company. Completed repair but water was now leaking on kitchen floor from dishwasher. It was not leaking prior to repair. Need to test if unit is still leaking.

Charlie and his dad did a great job fixing our refrigerator. It was not cooling properly and we were on the verge of losing all the food. Another technician from another company came on Sunday and just recommend us to turn the refrigerator off and let it to defrost and turn on again...robbed us $100. The problem continued and as soon as Charlie arrived, he started to check the appliance and was able to pinpoint the exact problem and fixed it. Great service. Also, their price was reasonable.

They came out promptly, replaced gas coils and duct hose. After trying the dryer it still left the clothes damp, called them back and after checking they found a large mass of lint that the original vent cleaner had missed. Did not charge me for second call, Very reputable company.

They contacted me within an hour of requesting a quote. They were clear about how much their fees are and we set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time and were friendly. Within 30 min, they diagnosed the issue and within an hour (going to the store and back) bought the part and replaced it. They also answered unrelated questions about another appliance.

I was so impressed with Charlie. His response time, promptness at appointment and quality of work. I would definitely hire and recommend for appliance repairs.

The diagnosis was as I expected, just a jam, and was fixed quickly. Charlie was late to the appointment because he had mechanical problems and had to find another vehicle. That's the reason for the B rating on punctuality otherwise I would have rated him excellent on that too. He did keep in touch to tell me what was going on and why he would be late.

Everything went well. Really easy to work with. Very honest person and very respectful.
