Dealt with may construction projects over the years. They usually go off the rails because they don't get enough supervision, Dan was there "daily" and yep he caught things before they got going in the wrong direction and saved me what could have been thousands in re-do and oceans of delays. If you're doing a larger remodel like mine or an entire house, JUST HAVE DAN DO IT. Hope that was clear, a honest, no bull, there on the job till the last paint on the wall is drying guy.

Superb. Chase Construction- Dan Saunders is the consummate professional. His price was " spot on" my budget and he clearly explained all costs involved. Communication was easy, and his attention to detail was amazing. Additionally, I felt very comfortable with Dan and his crew in my home around my family.....they're fine people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Very well. Of the hundreds of decisions needed to be made during a stressful, complete renovation of a home, hiring Dan with Chase Construction was easily the best decision we made. Very professional, down to earth, honest, highly skilled, very organized. Any problems were corrected immediately. Job site kept clean and neat. Employees and sub-contractors were all top notch and respectful of our property and neighbors. Contractor came up with innovative solutions to unique issues. He has gone above and beyond in service, responsiveness and professionalism.

this was not an easy job, since it was back in the woods, but it went Great!!!

I'm a physician with a type A personality and I expect answers quickly, problem solving, and cost efficieny. I relieved all three with high quality product with chase construction. I would hire again and already planning for the upstairs. Dan Saunders the owner works with his crew most days and I can he's built things for our job that no one else has out there: like a custom motorized paddle board lift. He also saved us a lot of money by getting multiple quotes, with qualified contractors. Most of all I trust his decision making and reasoning behind such decisions. Project still ongoing so will provide pics of completed project but did want to show paddle board lift.

We could not be more pleased! All aspects of the work were professionally managed and the highest standards of quality maintained. We are constantly complemented about how beautiful the work on our house turned out. We absolutely love our home.

Dan was a wonderful contractor to work with. He was constantly suggesting ways to make the project better and many times at lower cost. He and the subs he used were there when they were supposed to be and completed the job in time and on budget. All of the work done was of the highest quality and the finished project was just beautiful. I would not hesitate to utilize Chase Construction again on any type of project.
