Very well. Chaud's representative performed a preliminary inspection to confirm that replacement was necessary, and completed the job promptly. He was courteous and thorough in explaining what he was doing, and why, throughout the process.

Well. 1st plumber who looked at the system said shower valves needed to be replaced but that was a problem because there are no access panels. Chaub plummer advised valves were good quality and there was no need to replace. He replaced/installed new hardware and did a great job in a timely manner.

<p>the leak was a drip at an elbow on the softener cold water feed. it had dripped a long time as it didn't show until the sheetrock was</p> saturated and mold started. I opened the ceiling and the wall and located how for it had run giving me a good look at the zigzag <br /> <br />placement of the water line when the softener was installed. The provider readily agreed to clean that up with the cost of a foot or two of pipe. I am completely happy <br />

They showed up on time and worked efficiently. They were careful to minimize the mess and cleaned up after the project to my satisfaction. The total job was higher than the estimate, but cost of the the extras that they did at my request were explained to my satisfaction. They were pleasant and easy to work with and made helpful suggestions about better ways to do things than I had originally planned. Altogether it was a good experience. <br />

He was prompt, efficient and even repaired a hose I didn't realize was leaking (from Culligan, see agove), without extra charge. I've used him before and when needed, I'll call him again. Excellent, same-day service and work above & beyond what was asked. He even cleaned up after himself!

This guy does a GREAT job. Very professional and the thing I love most is that you KNOW EXACTLY how much it is going to cost you BEFORE he does the work. No "hourly" clock ticking that you have to sweat! Very much a recommend plumber! I would for sure call again!
