Did a great job cleaning our yard! Was hired to clean up leaves and was very thorough. The yard looks great afterward and was extra careful in the garden areas. Also gave helpful suggestions on our yard to help with maintenance. Highly recommend, plan to hire again!

Ivan did a fabulous job cleaning up my yard with bags of leaves. He came when he said he would and worked long and hard till the yard was clean. I will use Chavez Properties on a regular basis Ivan understood all of my needs for a beautiful yard.

Fantastic work! An unusable area between our house and garage is now a beautiful courtyard patio. They were even able to address some drainage concerns I mentioned having, adding a dedicated drain and perfecting the leveling.
