They helped to remove the old furnace and replace with a new one. The new furnace was scratched up when it was moved to the basement. They do not really respond to my service calls. They came back a few times at times but still did not fix my furnace. I asked for second opinion and my furnace had a gas and water leakage. It also needs to be repiped. CHC has tried installing pumps for each floor, but the thermostats on each floor do not really control the room temperature. Their price was better than others but in the end I need to pay more to fix the problems. <br />

I purchased a deal. When I called up to set up an appointment. He never returned my call. I called up again and I spoke to Peter, he took all my information and no one has ever called me back. Unreliable and unprofessional.

<p>I had no heat and I gave CHC air specialists a call. They were polite on the phone and even nicer in person. He quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. He recommended I do maintenance on my boiler and I took him up on it. He did a great job.I felt very comfortable with the technician.I Highly recommend this company.</p> <br />

It was a waste of money. He came and looked at it and offered me advice on additional work that can be done. They just flush your money down the toilet. Nothing was done. I would never order any of those coupons from those gentlemen again. The description wasn't quite clear on what was going to be done. I was under the impression that they would be inspecting and doing at least some kind of minimal work. They said that the description was to inspect. My expectation was for them to get their hands dirty. They seem very professional and willing to help. I don't think that the promotion that they had was what I would expect. Overall, I think the company is okay. They seem okay but I was disappointed with what I got.

My boiler stopped working late last night. I sent chc air specialists a message and within minutes they responded.I called them on the phone and explained my situation.They said they will be there within the hour and they were.They quickly repaired my boiler and I had heat!! Thank you so much for the fast service. <br />
