"While at the house my crew did at least ten additional things at no extra cost. The house painting was $3000 before you added the garage for an additional $800. $200 In material and $500 to repair an entire chimney that was falling apart. Scraped the entire chimney and re applied stucco. Grinded the entire chimney down by hand for $500. We showed up every day for work promptly by 7:30 and worked everyday till the job was finished. A new hose was left on your porch the day after you called to inform me the one we borrowed broke. Your low scores I my opinion do not represent the amount of work we did nor the quality. I’m a little confused considering all the praise you heaped on my guys as you were asking them to do additional work that wasn’t included in the original quote. Repairing of the front steps that were crumbling. Plaster and sanding of give extra rooms not included in the original quote. Cleaning of the gutters etc. sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the work a simple phone call would have taken care of any and all issues as I always stand behind my work."
