I have used Noel numerous times and continue to ask him for his expertise services. My goodness his expertise services is wide and long. He provides expert suggestions on every project he undertakes. Therefore, the planning and his initial recommendations are extremely helpful for the projects I give to Noel. He provides his services not only for my home but also for properties that I rent. I trust him greatly when I ask him to go the properties and assess the project I have in mind. He is honest with me and to my tenants when he is at the properties. For instance, he has built for me a 13’ x 6 ½’ massive and expansive kitchen island, an additional free standing kitchen sink, plumbing and all. Noel renovated one of my single-family homes in its entirety. That include adding ceiling fans, electrical wiring and outlets and switches, replacing complete exit door, rejuvenating the entire hardwood floors, remove popcorn ceiling, paint the entire home, renovate and revitalize the garage walls and floor. He is a DO-IT-ALL hard worker that works easy 10-to-12-hour days when necessary to get the project done timely. He is neat and clean and tidies up everything at the project end. He is good and dedicated man.

Noel did an amazing job of remodeling our home completely within a tight deadline of less than a month, so that we could get it ready to rent. He worked long hours to get the job done and it looks beautiful!! He painted the entire interior of our home, added new baseboard moulding, completely remodeled our bathrooms, repaired wood that had termite damage on the exterior of our house, did landscaping work and gave our backyard a facelift, and more! Noel has incredible work ethic, he is honest, he is very professional, and also very easy to work with. His prices were reasonable and fair. We are so grateful for Noel's services and could not have done these projects without him in such short time. Noel has knowledge and experience in so many areas of construction/handman work and it was wonderful to have him do everything instead of having to hire different people for different tasks. Super convenient! We would most definitely recommend Noel to anyone!
