We are a family owned business. Chem-Dry uses the" Natural" a patented product which is our cleaning solution. The Natural is free of Chemicals, soaps,detergents,surfactants,and perfumes. When the natural is applied, the solution is effervesant and lifts dirt for extraction with a truck mount system. General dry time is 1 to 2 hours.

They cleaned different parts of our home, the stairs, and the living room, dining room and did a little bit of work upstairs also. The owner and his son run the business and they are the ones that come out all the time and they are both very friendly and personable. I have had them fit me in within a day or so when I really needed it done quickly. If they say they are going to be there, they are there. They usually call and say they are on their way to your home. They are nicely dressed when they show up and their equipment is in good condition so it is nice to have them work on our home. We will continue to use them in the future.
