About us
I got into the cleaning business about six years ago as a summer job. It then grew to a full a full time job and the eventual take over of this company. From there I started taking certified courses in the proper care of carpets and upholstery. I became a member of the Better Business Bureau to portray the quality of my work. I am constantly looking for enhanced chemicals and solutions that clean better and that are EPA approved for the environment. Because of my three boys and our Black Lab, Macy, I understand that life happens in a home. I know how to restore your carpets and upholstery back to a like new condition.

Guy was on time and did a good job. He was pleasant and thorough. I'd certainly use them again. I wasn't sure anyone would want a job this small, so I was happy this guy came.

They did the best job on spots than any company I've used. I have a big house, and they know their business. The problem was the soap residue and it was dirty again in 6 months. I'm not willing to pay that much every 6 months.

Went great! He was on time for the job and was very friendly. The job was completed quickly, and he didn't mind my toddler bugging him before the service :) The couches looked great afterwards, and the few little stains I had noticed before the cleaning were gone. <br />

I cannot remember the owners name but he was very personable and went about his work. The carpet looked great when he was done. I appreciated his help with the small tear as it would have only gotten worse. <br />

<p>The gentleman was very friendly and courteous and professional. He was about 20 minutes late but it wasn't a problem. He went to work measuring two bedrooms (no furniture removed), one hall and a flight of stairs and gave me the estimate of $131.80. I had hoped it would be closer to $100 but figured that's what it cost so I said yes.</p> <p>He did a thorough job. I paid him at the end but after he left I reviewed the receipt and I did not receive $30 off or the flight of stairs for no charge. It took about 40 minutes for the cleaning to be completed. I blame myself for not looking more closely at the receipt to ensure I received the credits I thought I had scheduled using the online coupon. If you use Chem Clean just be careful to review the estimate/receipt carefully. I had read reviews where the cleaner had actually prompted the coupon to clients so I wasn't being as careful as I normally would have been.</p> <p>Unfortunately, I don't think I will use them again just because this kind of left a bad impression on me.</p> <p><br /></p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
