<ul> <li> <p>ChemPros provided a liguid lawn fertilization service with overseeding. I followed all the instructions watering instructions, but by all appearances none of the seed sprouted.  At the time of scheduling, I asked explicitly about whether the seeding would be effective. I asked whether they would be prepping the soil in anyway, or whether I should prep it.  The rep didn't seem to know much about lawns, and simply said that the seeding would work just water. It was the included seeding that caught my interested in the special service.  I'm disappointed that the seeding part was worthless.  Maybe I should have known better then to expect the seeding to work. "But, clearly ChenPros should know better. I'll not use their services again. </p> </li> </ul> <br />

The service turned out fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technicians showed up on time to the appointment. Scheduling was not an issue.

They did very well. They came out within the week I purchased the deal. I appreciated their quick response in completing the work.

It worked out for us and they did what they needed to do. They got the job done in about 10-20 minutes. The technician was a nice guy and I liked him. They just showed up and we did not know they were coming the day they were out.

Everything was great and I would use again.

It may have been the timing; but they seemed very rushed. The aerator barely touched the ground. The special they ran must have kept them very busy. They may do a great job when not so busy. They had to work me in as my schedule was full. Will check in spring if fertilizer worked and will update. <br />

The yard looks great. In spite of all the moss, the grass is growing! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />|Multiple contractors were present when the service took place. The only reason a B was given in professionalism is because the provider didn't say anything to me while they were here.

Chem Pros came and did the lawn aeration on Oct 22nd - that went well. They did a good job on that and the two workmen were very professional. My only complaint with that appt was in scheduling it. The company has definite communication issues and were not responsive in getting back to me or when they did, they would choose dates to come out which I had already told them were not good dates for me. Another issues was when I asked if I could change the Big Deal which in addition to the aeration, also offered lawn fertilization and over-seed. I requested that instead of the fertilization and over-seed to instead have an environmentally friendly weed control used on the clover in my grass. Even though I talked to the business owner and another person about this change and had that approved, when they came to do the aeration, the workers knew nothing about that. So they were not able to do it that day. Then it took several more phone calls to get the weed control done. On the day they were to do that, I waited for them to show up but had to go out for an hour or so in the middle of the day. I guess they came when I was not here. They insisted they had been here but when I got home there was no indication the weed control had been done, so the owner did come back out the next day and he redid it. That was very nice of him to do and I did appreciate that. But I have to say in all the times I have had to schedule work to be done here at the house, I have never had so much trouble getting an appt. scheduled. I really wish I had not used the Big Deal and just scheduled the aeration separately and looked into eco-friendly weed control that I could have done myself.

Fall lawn areation and fertilization.  They arrived on time, did what they said they would do, and cleaned up.  Also did slightly more than the max square footage of the offer without charging me any more, which I appreciated.

They aerated and placed fertilizer on my front and back yards. Everything looked great and they did a very good job as my lawn will be ready for next Spring.

the gentleman that came to clean my carpets was very professional, punctual, & I felt that he knew what he was doing. I am just not satisfied with the quality of the clean itself. I do not believe that the employee could have done any more than he did. Just the wrong process for the kind of cleaning that I had wanted.w
