<p><br /></p> <p>Cherokee Mechanical did an exceptional job on this service call.  They were quick to get back to me after I purchased the voucher (which, by the way, was the cheapest price of any such check-up that I have seen) and scheduled a date and time which ideally fit my own schedule and was for only a few days after I purchased the voucher.  Dean presented as very professional and performed his tasks with alacrity and ease.  He not only replaced my air filters -- which was a big help as I am still using a crutch after ankle surgery -- but also spent time explaining to me the most efficient filters to get (which, by the way, are not the more expensive ones) thus offering me another way to save money.  I definitely plan on using this firm in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service or repairs.</p> <br />

We had a lightning storm and the air conditioner had gone out.  I called two companies.  The first guy came out (he was late by the way) and told us we needed a new system.  Cherokee Mechanical came out and they were very professional. and on time. They installed a new fan motor and before knew it I had a nice cool home again.  They sure made liars out of the other guy. They are the only company I'll ever call. <br />

Mr. West was amazing.  He came out on a Saturday and got us cooling until he could order the parts we needed.  He returned the same day the part came in and fixed it permanently.  Finally!  The downstairs air conditioner works like it should! <br />

We didn't expect anyone to come out so close to the 4th of July but Cherokee was out the same day.  Dean was great and he quickly found the problem.  Someone else on AL told us we needed a new unit, Dean said that a simple repair was all we needed.  It's been running great every since.  Nice to finally find someone who is honest and not just trying to sell us a new unit. He was very courteous and even helped me keep my doggies from getting out. Thanks Cherokee Mechanical! <br />
